When I start with cutting boards, I actually start with pretty rough material. I mill everything down myself. It is actually a pretty big process.

Router, and mineral oil I'm guessing. Then you oil as needed down the road.

It looks great.

Juice groove is done with a router and a fence set up, I have to do this by hand, because my boards are never the same size. Yes, I use mineral oil, and then I wax the boards with a brand called Walrus oil, it has beeswax, vitamin e, mineral oil, and coconut oil.

Board is getting the mineral oil soak...this board is officially for sale. The wood in the board is Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Birch, and Purple Heart.

In Strugis for a rear tire, it's a 50/50. Just over 4k on this one. A brisk 44f riding from Pierre. Good thing for heated gear. Going to stay for several days. Lots of dirt trails.
