Who's boat? That's beautiful[emoji106]

Not sure cool looking boat though. Laveycraft? I felt bad after I took the photo I realized his spike had pulled. Luckily owner was at the turtle bar so I flagged him down

Next time try plugging the neck hole with a potato. Then I usually wrap the skin back around it and hold it in there with tooth picks. You will get alot more flavor and the chicken with fall off the bones.

Edit: like a smaller baby red, etc

Good advise on the potato. I had already pulled the plug on these, I used a whole garlic clove. These were just finishing on a higher heat with some butter rub to crisp up the skin.:thumbsup

I wanted to get out and get closer to this little guy but it was suggested that might not be the smartest thing to do. So for once I took the advice given to me. [emoji849]

I'm pretty stoked. Insurance is about to kill me. Wozencraft wouldn't even insure me bc it's my first boat lol

I'd like to run a nice 6 or 8" dredge through there.:D

Checking on the 40 acre placer mining claim. North Fork Yuba River.

No problem!! Keep your Fingers crossed for the permit soon.
It's about a 1/4 mile of waterway right on the 49er about 5 miles north of Downieville. About as good as it gets.
Your more than welcome to drop in a 6" but you'll need at least a 12K. winch to move those "Blue Lead" rocks out of the way.
The entire east side shoulder of the river is covered in tailing's from the first cut back in the 1800's.
