What is the avg. speed boats are running in the race? I am not talking about Haig and the top class who run unreal speeds for both skier and boat. But realistically, what kind of speed range is normal over the course?

My guess is about 25~30 mph slower than Wicky's Allison with a single 2 stroke.

This boat drives really nice with power steering and is very solid. When you are going through the Havasu chop it is rock solid and steers like you are on rails spinning both the props. The engine noise is almost zero!!
