I bought my 2007 Mega 1500 Hemi under that promotion. I THINK it says you have to be the original purchaser. I KNOW it says you have to have your major services done through Mopar. I was TOLD that they aren't that picky on smaller stuff like oil changes. So did anyone take advantage of the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for the Ram Truck back in 2007/2008? If so, how did that work out for you? If I needed a new truck at the time I would have loved to pick one up since I keep my shit forever.
I am at 192,000 and have had the dealer change axle, diff, tranny, fluids as the mfg. is very picky about using the recommended ones, and honestly it wasn't that expensive. Trans pan dropped twice and the say nothing else needed at this time. Also they replaced 2 leaking axle seals, and rear driveshaft seal because they were starting to weep for free.
I knew when I bought the truck I would have it for 20 yrs. Likely will go 300,000 in that time, but I don't tow often. We shall see how things go if I ever have to call them on it. This will be my 4th Ram to go over 230,000 with zero engine or trans issues.
