Not fluffy, High altitude Cirrus and vapor trails, comprised of ice crystals. Fluffy clouds are much lower level Cumulus clouds comprised of water vapor. This is a snapshot from a few minutes ago, whole lot of chemical spraying going on over your head --- or is it in your head ?

Condensation is the change of the state of matter from the gas phase into the liquid phase, and is the reverse of vaporization. The word most often refers to the water cycle. It can also be defined as the change in the state of water vapor to liquid water when in contact with a liquid or solid surface or cloud condensation nuclei within the atmosphere.

Chem short for Chemicals. Ie man made.
A chemical substance is a form of matter having constant chemical composition and characteristic properties. Chemical substances can be simple substances, chemical compounds, or alloys. Chemical substances that cannot be separated into their simpler constituent elements by physical means are said to be 'pure'; this notion intended to set them apart from mixtures.

CONtrail being water wants to be in its equilibrium form. Once water becomes compressed where you can see it, it reverts back to gas form where you can't.

Now compare it to Chemtrails. That are already in equilibrium aerosol state. Which is why they hang around all day long.

i think your right, i was thinking c17 but knew that was wrong. Controlling the weather over the battle field. Why i love it is because it doesn't have jet engines nor the speed of one. So you know its not condensation.

C 17 didn’t fly until the 80’s. B 17 and B 24 most of the war. B 29 in 43/44. These are B 17’s. Hot exhaust gases cool and crystallize. These are contrails.

Your story ----
So here you are flying along, you peer out the window and at some elevation that appears above you, there's a plane leaving a white trail or four that appears to a contrail. You're able to distinguish that it's military in origin and that the vapor, being frozen, either continuous or intermittent, you use that as a basis as of determination if that vapor is water or contains geoengineering chemicals.
If it's intermittent it's a Contrail, if it's continuous, it's a Chemtrail.
I'm stating this based on that "Aerosol" link that displayed the image showing how to differentiate between the two that you provided.

This method disregards consideration for the atmospheric conditions, like temperature, humidity, wind, etc. that might be contributing or causing the water vapors to freeze or appear as they do from a perspective below.
Nope, that simply won't fly.

If you're truly interested in the only company I can find that's actively involved in the distribution of chemicals in our upper atmosphere, google "Making Sunsets" --- they use balloons, and feel that by depositing about 10 grams of Sulpher Dioxide at 50,000 feet, they're creating clouds to offset global warming.
Oddly the US alone, burning fossil fuels emitted just a bit less that 2 million tons a year of the same stuff, and volcanos spew this shit out --- Officially it's getting blamed for Global Warming, but these guys with a couple of balloons are saving the world with 10 grams at a time by creating clouds to reflect the sun's rays.
Anyway, if you see their balloon, call the FAA, they ban them from state after state if they discover them launching.
