CA is over 160K sq. miles. Not every area is the same. I actually thought the OPs pictures were from CA until he said they were from Boise / Jackson Hole. ;)

It may not mean much to you. But it sure means a lot to the construction industry and their families. Silicon Valley has work on the books for years. So Cal is right up there.

Was with my wife over the weekend and walking around trash in the street and sidewalks.Too bad it has turned out to be this way.

I used to know an engine shop called F&F machinery. Frank and Frank - one was a pollock, the other was Mexican.

They had stickers for the valve covers:

“F&F machine - engineered by pollocks, built by Mexicans!

There hasn't been smog here for years. Lol CA is a big state. Traffic is only in the big cities. If you make good $$$ you're going to pay taxes. Same as AZ and other states. Keep trying. Lol

It comes down to where you are in your life and where you make your money etc.

The economy is booming in CA and that’s where most of you guys made your money to be able to move to wherever you live now.

You can’t get mad at the people that are living here in CA. The weather is second to none, there’s money to be made, our families live here, etc....

Yeah the politics suck, but when were the politics great in CA?

I’m sure when we get older and crabby like you guys and maybe move, we’ll be saying the same things you guys are saying now but don’t forget where your bread was and for some of you still is buttered.
