Where is the National Guard? Those areas are Federal property. I am all for free speech but I think there should be a provision against burning the flag...If you burn a pride flag it could be prosecuted as a hate speech; but the burning of the American flag is covered under 1A..... That does not sit well with me and I see it as hate speech (against our country) and more often then not it incites violence when it happens from counter protesters. Slippery slope and treads on 1A infringement but it is a very specific act that I think should not be allowed based on the violence that insues from it.

Totally agree. Any of these folks that are in the country in the process of residency or citizenship; these acts or crimes if prosecuted should be weighed against their application process. If I am going for a truck driver job and I get DUI's I don't get the job. If I am vandalizing federal/state property or preaching hate speech then my visa/residency/citizenship application gets rejected.

However, there are a lot of woke citizens doing this $hit too; lots of entitled whites that are also protesting; prosecute them for the crimes they commit.... criminal records fock up your life with background checks these days.......hit these woke ass whites where it hurts in their wallet or their parents wallet...
