Accidentally popped a hole in the gas tank in the wrong spot so all that got upgraded..

I was about to comment... Unplug the 2 prong plug that is connected to the seatbelt clip, under the seat.

Rounding third base and heading for home plate!

Starting to look like a truck again.. everything is new.. headlights glass rubber.. even the door handles were painted. Skirting and belly boxes installed. Fuel cells installed.. getting closer!

There is wood etc.. under all these work beds.. I'm not sure coating the steel would be my first priority?

Let me take you to my father in-law's house in Tucson where it rains more than Havasu and show you some trucks that are 60 to 70 years old, unrestored, been outside their entire lives and the steel is still in incredible shape.

And by trucks, I mean a few tow trucks, a hauler, and a few pick-ups.

Figure I’ll be into this about 150k all in. If we use it for advertising it should pull about 15k a month, minus expenses about 12k..

If I decide to abandon the advertising and just straight use it to promote real estate.l, rdp and tts, unclear as it could be much shorter or longer. I’d probably put a different phone number on it to be able to track its effectiveness as a whole.

I’d imagine though being the only game in town that has one it would generate a ton of listings.. because we already market the hell out of properties.. to have them on a led billboard around town if someone is thinking about selling I’d have a hard time with the logic of picking someone else?

I wondered because depending on the industry I would think the ROI on something like this would take along time. Same with online marketing to a certain extent?

Nothing lasts forever. My buddies thst made a shit load on doge I told them to take the money and put it somewhere safe. We are talking turning 5k into 100’s of 1,000s. Had they started w 150k they would be millionaires now

In retrospect it would have been much more cost effective to just buy a new or newer truck.. taking a 2000 f550 that was an ex waste management truck and restoring it to show quality probably wasn’t the brightest idea.

All the windows are getting re-tinted when the truck is finished.. After Eric is done with the first round and we get it up and running it's coming back for a second round of upgrades.. We are going to install starlink / security cameras and a few other things after it starts making some cash.
