As bad ass as those are. I don’t consider those quads. To me, it needs to be a duner with monster power and a average swing arm(+2) that you have to ride and clutch to keep the wheels down.

I’m with you Joe! I built duners with power, lined up at olds with some guys to see how I held up. Even if I got beat, it was ok, I wasn’t going to go home and find more power. The fun was in the dunes.I'm glad it wasn't me that said that!
Single purpose machines. It's a hill shooter/drag race thing.
I never went down that road, cause as fast as you are, tomorrow, someone will build something faster.
It's a sport. Fun to watch though!
Me? I'd rather be out riding.

I really enjoy having the power to hit the big bowls with plenty of torque/power left in the throttle to fool around or get out of trouble.
I miss duning on a quad/atc. Kids are old enough to ride now, hopefully that will get us back on quads more.

The rare Sundahl frame!!
Dang almost looked like it with the I-beam style front arms. Clue us in on who’s frame that is.
I have never ridden one. Use to help out a friend racing class 1 car and he got his start in desert racing on a Sundahl banshee. True long travel front and rear. Said he was running an 8 gallon fuel tank. Said it was like straddling a zeplin!! Works like a twin beam front end. Definitely waaaay ahead of its time. The front arms look very similar! Always wanted to ride one of the Sundahl Banshees! How does well does that setup work?
