That is a Ziggy(not the Ziggy on here) chassis with a saber motor. Matt Shearer built the pipe I believe. Is that Ziggy's old bike?

I never could afford a Banshee, but I found a clapped out Yamaha Warrior, and a ~84ish YZ490. The 490 motor got shoehorned into the Warrior frame. It was horrible to start because the kick starter would hit the fender. I believe I used a head pipe off a polaris scrambler 400. It was super fast, but handled like dog shit. The my buddy scored a 250R frame that we grafted some other plastics (we were broke high school kids) on and put the 490 motor into that and it was much better. I think its all still sitting in his grandpas shed somewhere...

Honestly though, I think the most out of control I have ever felt on a quad was on a built Bombardier DS650. It had a bunch of Ron Woods (? I think ?) parts on it, and hauled the mail. Those things are so heavy and wide you could feel insignificant in a hurry!

I just scored a Honda FL350 Odyssey a few months ago, in pretty good shape. I was looking for another pilot, but people are crazy with those prices. I will say, riding the odyssey for the first time made me giggle more than I have in ages.

I still have my fl350. Going on 30 years. I might have to unbury it and get it running again. Used to do Pismo a lot with it.

I’ve known Harry and his start up buddy Larry forever. Fist three wheeler was an ATC 90 that they installed a 180 kit on and was running straight methanol. Would kick the shit out of many other 3 wheelers till that dam Trimoto came out and it changed the game. Later ended up with 86 250R then 87 250R quad, 88 250R quad and last was the 660 Raptor which was the most fun to dune with. Those guys had the cool shit back in the day. Harry had the 3 wheeler with the 750 Suzuki triple no suspension and that was plain crazy. Larry had a 400 Yamaha Daytona same thing no suspension. They definitely would create a crowd at comp hill. Good Times back then.

Facts! Stock EVERYTHING, carbs included. Crank was welded, trans was overridden but stock gears, other than that, good ol fashion BOOST and N2O!
