Just outside looking around. I don't have grass in my front yard, just dirt and I don't have any mud across the sidewalk. When it rains hard it's a guarantee, it hasn't rained hard yet. The wind is picking up again.

The news media is out of their goddamn minds. The weather people (at least on CBS/KCAL) sound like they are broadcasting the radio version of The War of the Worlds.

“Oh my god, it’s raining everywhere, it’s just coming down and down, oh the humanity!”

Meanwhile in Seattle it is just another rainy day.

I miss Walter Cronkite. “Well I just stuck my head out the window, and what do you know, it’s raining. Back to you, Bob with the financial report.”

Getting pretty wet here in the high desert, and a few times now I've been watching the shop doors waiting for them to implode with the wind.

Typical fear mongering media supplied by government bullshit to control the masses. People are too stupid to fend for themselves and survive. So create fear and panic in society to prevent the masses from going outside. Reminds me of Covid hysteria and lockdowns. Dumbest shit in the history of mankind.

Last week according to my rain gauge, we 4.80" of rain.
I'll check it tomorrow to see where we are at.

I live in San Dimas in Via Verde area, if it's raining anywhere,
it's raining here.

Trust me, I had no expectations. As I said before but this time without the alleged sarcasm, what would we do without you here? 😊
.
Btw...the flat earth/moon landing threads are some great redundant grin growers too.😁😄
"Alleged" Noted 😂 And Thankyou 😊, I think 🤔

I had to force myself to abstain from continued posting in the flat earth/moon land thread, & the Contrails/Chemtrails thread in P&G.
This was motivated by when it became obvious that my continued participation was causing me to feel sadness for a fellow member and that I was waging an intervention, more than simply conversing.
But yes, those threads have become the poster child for "Redundancy" 😁

I respect your knowledge, how about your take on post 126 in the 911 thread in the P&G section.

6:00 a.m. rainfall report in Riverside is .95 for the past 24-hour period. Thus far, that's .75 less than predicted.

Slow and steady, though.

Same here. Nothing too bad but it hasn’t slowed much since yesterday afternoon. Weather app shows 3” so far another couple due today. Dropped a couple hoses in the pool to siphon it out last night. It’s kept up so far. 😬

I respect your knowledge, how about your take on post 126 in the 911 thread in the P&G section.
With the exception of a couple of threads, I try to stay clear of the P&G section due to the display of mob mentality and majority of participants looking for an outlet to vent their pent up anger.
My only knowledge of the events of 9/11 came from watching it that morning and subsequent coverage of the aftermath and have had no desire to chase the myriad of theories that even today continue to emerge.
I briefly watched the video in post 126, but have no way of knowing to what extent, like most I've seen, have the multitude of variables been accounted for, and to what extent it's content has been tweaked to better align with the preconceived opinions of it's producer to bolster it's validity.
So to answer your question, my take on that post is like my take on others on this subject now over two decades later --- simply, OK. 😐

Looks like real rain arrives around noon for us here at Lake Hodges, then continuing through the night, so around that time for you guys as well I'm guessing.

Lucky! My little girl has no problem dropping a deuce on the kitchen floor
We were trying to get him to go out this morning....then he tucked tail and disappeared somewhere. We found him in our shower. He also HATES bath time, and it regularly takes us about 30 minutes to wrangle his ass into the bathroom. It would appear he'd rather have a bath than go outside in the rain to take a shit lol.

Fuck…. Guess you just deal with it at this point
It would take my Big Zoeller a few days to drain that. Have to setup a dozen of them.

Lowes had a few of them left for $450. I had to buy a second one this morning. Had to go to Leslie's pool supply for discharge hose. Everywhere sold out.
