Keep in mind some cities don't allow you to park RV's or travel trailers on your property. I know in PV you can't have it visible from the street. Might be why it's not coming up as RV parking in your search. Although I doubt they care out there in the IE. :D

Yeah, that's true. Pretty much elimnates anything with an HOA...but I won't buy into an HOA again.
The app is pretty cool, it uses Google maps you can zoom-in to see actual homes.
I figure if other houses on the street have RV's parked in their yards, then I'm good :D

It's weird, because a lot of times the agent's typed notes/overview may say RV parking, but they fail to check the box on the MLS to make the app aware.

Why not? Anything off of Upper, Chase or Foothill and it's gonna take 15 minutes just to get to the 91 irrespective of the time of day.

That's a nice area I put up - those homes are big and the lots are big; and they are "affordable". Not affordable for me, but compared to what they used to sell for, they are a bargain and not your typical cookie-cutter tract style homes. Kind if like the homes south of Upper in Corona, but without the street commute.

Jim also mentioned Norco Hills...again, finally affordable:

Don't get me wrong, there are nice homes up there off La Sierra, it's just what is around it that sucks.

Upper, Chase or Foothill........... that's where I want to get to. Some nice properties up there. I'm maybe 1-2 miles from there. And I beg to differ on the 15 minutes to the 91. Gotta know the back streets. :party2::slomo: Like I said, I live 1-2 miles closer than Upper, and there is no way it's taking me 15 minutes to get to the 91. Now if you are in the far upper corner off Masters, towards Eagle Glen, then maybe. But then you can just roll to the 15. :D Personally, we get a nice breeze from over the mountains too. I don't think it's as breezy a few more miles out the 91. Not even in Eastvale. but when it's windy in Eastvale, it's damn windy. :thumbsdown

And that Norco pad you linked is bitchen.... I just hate Hamner. :D

I'm sure the breeze stops at Corona; as does the quality of homes. Are you high, lol? :p You should get out more often and see the IE is full of large sized homes with large lots - acres, not 1/4 or 1/2's. That's always been the appeal of the IE - not monster-sized but cheap cookie cutter tract homes (at least, not until recently). Norco Hills for example - those homes (nowhere near Hamner) - I can't think of any homes in Corona, except south Corona or those on the south side of Upper that compare the same.

Corona/Eastvale is really no different than Orange or Diamond Bar was 40 years ago. The homes are larger and it's more affordable, but it's just as congested as anywhere else in OC. The commute starts at Corona. If you are south of the 91 off the 15 then you will sit in traffic even before earning the right to fight the commute traffic into OC. Kind of the same as south Orange County or areas like RSM, where you and fight traffic up to the 5 Y just to be able to sit in the commute traffic into central OC.
