Ya, I kinda knew that, didn’t intend to question your grasp of constitutional law. Weakness of the written word.

But??? I didn’t know that until a few weeks ago when I asked my sister “can a convicted felon REALLY become President?”

I didn't know that until today! 🤣

I don't give a flying fuck what the Democrats do.

Maybe I wasn't clear?

IF Trump is legally not able to be out next president, who will replace him on the ballot, for the Republican party?

Pretty sure that's what Jim is asking too?
What current fake charge would render him unable to be elected?

He received the most legitimate votes for POTUS in our history and is now far more popular than he was in 2020.

I read an interesting article about this a while back. Years ago, this was normal for politicians. They could exaggerate and tell whoppers all they wanted. In small settings, meeting with people in restaurants, the Elks Club, donors' homes, etc, it was common to tell stories about your life to make you seem like a regular guy, a genuine person. Relatable. Telling stories, true or not, is how things were done. The change is the internet, where now everything you say is not only recorded but shared across the globe for people to dissect. Most politicians are more careful nowadays. He is so arrogant and obtuse that he just keeps going with it. The cannibal thing is absurd. No one on the left cares. To be fair, no one on the right cares that Trump confused Nikki Haley with Pelosi something like 6 times in the same speech. We overlook things we don't want to see.
His "confusion" was intentional. The left claimed from day one Pelosi wasn't responsible for not deploying the NG, as soon as he said Haley they immediately reversed themselves.

The dems are trying to push thru legislation that stops all SS protection for anybody found guilty of a felony. Think about that for a second. They want Trump killed.

Logistically impossible to jail trump. The SS would just declare the area a no go zone for everybody. I guess you could at max do a house arrest.

All these lawsuits are a sham to stop the will of the people. They are desperate and will stop at nothing.
They lit the country on fire and unleashed a bio weapon on the globe the last go round to "beat" him.

What's their next plan? Foment a civil war?

Keep in mind the last time we elected somebody twice that America wanted to sit down and have a beer with he invaded three countries chasing terrorists and looking for weapons of Mass destruction that didn’t exist taking us from a balance budget to $8 trillion in debt.

Trumpito may be a total asshole, but he’s our asshole and he certainly better than the steaming pile of shit currently occupying the White House.

He's hyperbolic and bombastic but he's not an asshole.

On the narcissism front, show me a man, any man, claiming he is the only person qualified to be the most powerful man on earth that isn't a narcissist...

Given the ages of Biden and Trump their VP will be critical. Harris is unimaginable as a potential Pres. Trump needs to select someone who, if needed, could easily fill that role. DeSantis? Perhaps a good choice. But, I don’t see DeSantis bringing in any new votes. Trump’s biggest opponent is his own ego. He’s demonstrated that in many ways.

Beginning with Bill Clinton these have been Presidents and candidates each about my age. I’ve wondered if given the opportunity, could I be friends with any of them? Perhaps, George W. Bush? Like anyone else, he had his faults. But, he seemed able to keep his ego in check and in some ways seemed like a regular guy. Believe he doesn’t support Trump today largely due to the way Trump treated Jeb Bush. Trump has done some questionable things through the years. How did he once hire a scum like Michael Cohen? Trump will get my vote, because of his policies, not his mouth. Biden is incapable, corrupt, inept, demented, dishonest and feeble.

What the populcace has to understand the media controls the narrative concering politicians. The media hates Trump because he is pro America. If the truth was actually published about the other politicians previous, current and future politicians Trump would fare no worse or better.
How many stories did you read in the paper or hear on the news about Kennedy, LBJ and their women. Now we know, back in the day mum was the word.

Media has taken it easy on Hillary as well, of course they know their life is on the line with her.

Rarely does anything positive get reported about Trump, it's negative negative negative. Numerous out and out lies too, think Russia Russia Russia

Trumps a douche. And I believe he’s single handedly responsible for enabling the lack
Of decorum in politics now. He brought with him the insults and the lack of professionalism and the when the
Democrats saw that, the gloves came off.

I think trumps antics are amusing at times and appalling at others. I also think he could do soooooooo much more and sooooo much good if he learned how to sell
It better. Guys been MFWIC for so long he believes he doesn’t need to be diplomatic. A lot of missed opportunities because he’s essentially a blow hard douche bag that people detest.

Now, with that all said, fantastic president. He did a really good job. But all
That doesn’t matter when the other side hates you so much they undo everything you did just out of spite.

You all are overlooking the obvious choice to replace Biden. Nuscum is not who they want to risk it all with. I seriously think there is about a 50/50 chance of doing this. They are going to substitute Michael Obama in at the last second. Calling it now......

Hahaha………..

Obviously there are still a great number of people who think they are getting accurate “news” by watching and listening to ruling class elite controlled media.

The main stream media quit any semblance of reporting news and now is strictly in the business of trying to control the narrative and set the stage for their agenda instead of simply reporting the facts of what happened. They are not in the business of giving you information and letting you decide instead they want to tell you what to think rather than give you the information to think for yourself. Even the weather reporting and forecasting is hyped with drama and sensationalism.

There are two major groups of people in this country, the ruling class (a very very very small percentage of the people) and everybody else.

The ruling class includes MOST politicians, mega corporations and conglomerates, and all the legacy media.
Their power is beyond anything that has existed in human history. There have always been evil power hungry people and classes but in the past they have been limited to regions because of the logistical issues.
Most of us could never even come close to accurately describing the power of these people nor to understand what they are willing to do to keep that power.

The rest of us includes all of the working class, or everyone that has to compete for day to day (month to month, year to year) existence.

The best thing the ruling class can do is to keep us divided.

Most of the opinions and concerns on this thread have been made using the information supplied by a faction of the ruling class (Legacy Media).

Trump has all the right enemies.

I know nothing about him personally because I do not know him personally.

I do not think the ruling class will give up there stranglehold and they are willing to do anything at all to ensure they remain “the ruling class”.

If Biden had really gotten those 81 million votes the ruling class would not fear Donald Trump at all.

The truth is most likely that Biden legitimately received about 65 million votes and Trump somewhere around 75 million.

Discussing someone’s personality when it comes to a national election is an exercise in futility and grotesquely inadequate to determine their ability to help set the stage for national prosperity.

I’ll take a narcissistic businessman any day over a scum bag holier than thou politician.

None of this matters to much unfortunately because the ruling class sees the handwriting on the wall and are trying their best to get a war started.
A couple of nukes and our world as we know it (good and bad) comes to an abrupt end.
The world is a powder keg.
Prepare the best you can accordingly.

I’ll say it out loud, I don’t like Trump.

I like his policies. I like his bravado to an extent. And at this point we desperately need him in Office…

But I honestly don’t see him being able to win. He is absolutely going to lose some of these cases he has going on. That will have a serious impact but his ability to be the president.

My question is, is it possible to get another Republican nominated at the convention that has a chance of actually winning?

At this point, I just don’t see how it’s possible for him to be elected and to be able to serve when he’s in jail?
Did I miss why you don't like him????

I don't like him either, but he's the only option., at this time!
Can he be better spoken... Yes. Can be a bit more humble... Yes...... Can he be.... Yes. You get it.

Look around, man.....the US of A as we know it collapsing. Don't start to like him when it physically affects you or your family.... or when the South OC officially becomes a shit-hole. Get out of the bubble, take a deep breath and look around. Drive up 30 miles north or south.

When in a million years, would we be flying foreign flags?? Especially the ones being put up in the last 3 years. Did you watch these cucks in NY take down the US flag and put the Palestinian flag??? WTF! Sorry, that shit isn't happening on my watch.... Starting to sound like Regor.

I'm not waking up to Trump every morning, so I can give 2 fhucks, just as long as he Makes America what it once was.

You all are overlooking the obvious choice to replace Biden. Nuscum is not who they want to risk it all with. I seriously think there is about a 50/50 chance of doing this. They are going to substitute Michael Obama in at the last second. Calling it now......
Not without a DNA test...

If they lock Trump up I can see that as being a realistic possibility
Yep, aaaand could very well be playing into the dems hands. Unfortunately, there may be no other way to redirect this ship circling the drain. Sooo the question then becomes who do will kill 1st? Polititions, media, democraps, illegals being used as pawns? Really no great answers there. Just bad to worst imo. In the end....Who will be the
" winners"? The gen. Pop will be forced to commit atrocoties they never ever wanted just because of the media and political manipulators of power.

I love the cop out “you’re watching too much media”

Uhhhh, ok. Because my opinion doesn’t align with someone’s “I watch to much media”? I guess I can’t formulate an opinion based on the totality of circumstances.

I find it ironic. Since it’s a Total liberal response to a difference in viewpoint. Lol

And just for the record. I don’t think the OP or anyone on this thread for that matter likes Joe Biden as a person, a politician, a president or his leadership in general. Biden is an absolute failure in all regards. He’s an asshole wanna be tough guy, lying piece of shit but on top of that he’s by far the worst president in modern history.

If His electability lies in "I like him" or "I hate him" then people are not using there heads. Years back I had a conversation with guy the hated Trump. I let him go on for awhile finally stopped him and asked how he liked his truck. He looked at me with the wow that was a lane change look. He mumbled a bit and said he bought it a few months back and really liked it, awesome I said, thinking about a new one myself. I than asked him, Do you know the president of the company? He said no how would I. I said do you know his background or any of his personal decisions, age, ever hear him speak ect. he said no to all. Why then do you care if Trump is an ass hole or a great human being, he's made some great decisions that's had a positive effect on the country he runs just like your truck manufacture's president. This should all be about performance and nothing else. As matter of fact. I'd prefer a hard nosed guy at the helm.

What I find crazy is most republicans will sit out the election if they can’t vote for trump. That’s incredibly short sighted.

Even a RINO would be better than four more years of Brandon. Isn’t anyone (R) an improvement that could sub in for Trump?

Maybe Trump runs again four years from now once he’s cleared all his cases and appeals?

Or maybe he has his kids run?

Can you say the same about Republicans that won't vote for Trump after he's won the R nomination fair and square?

Another thing going off topic, let's have term limits like the presidency. 8 years and your out, making a career out of politics and becoming a multi millionaire while in office is complete horse shit. Trump didn't take a salary, and I respect that. He also lost 2 billion in net worth while being president, so no can say he did it for the money unlike all the others.

I see it like this, I’m the coach of a football team and I have two quarterbacks, one is an asshole but throws bombs and touchdowns, the other is a nice guy who throws interceptions. I’m in it to win it first and foremost and with our current choices I believe Biden is a bigger corrupt/asshole/child mollestor than Trump will ever be and only throws interceptions anyways. Fuck Biden and the people that vote for him, friends and family included. Sorry not sorry.

Yes I can. I know a few that won’t vote if Trump is the R candidate. They won’t vote for the D candidate either though.
Why? Because he said pussy?
The alternative is so fucking egregious I don't believe they are actually republicans/conservatives...

I’ll say it out loud, I don’t like Trump.

I like his policies. I like his bravado to an extent. And at this point we desperately need him in Office…

That's not an unpopular opinion.

I think everyone knows I love the bastard, but as a political junkie, I only look through that lens.

Donnie is a flawed man morally and braggadocios IMO, but I don't give a rat's ass about that. I only care that he fights for me in that corrupt shit hole of a city that continually steals mine and my future generation's money.

Voting for candidates that are "Presidential" has gotten us to where we are, fucked. It's time for a different path if this nation is going to survive the vision on which it was founded.
