I watched Guillani, being interviewed by Greg Kelly, on NEWSMAX, and when asked if there was any possibility that Tuesday President Trump could be Handcuffed and taken into Custody. The answer is that the Radical way this Administration and Out Of Control Party have been operating it is "ACT First and see where it goes. I believe the answer is, they do want to Humiliate President Trump in any and every way possible.

He ended by saying this is so far above and beyond what the "Old and Traditional" political Parties, ever acted and this "Ultra LeftWing" of the Party has been pushing the Agenda, but this is way above and beyond, and there is No Going back Now. The incredible Damage has been inflicted and will not be forgotten or Forgiven.

God!!, I want President Trump back in Office and let the Well Deserved Prosecutions begin!!

Not sure what will happen, but pretty sure the Secret Service said no to handcuffs in the New York indictment.

It’s in the 37 page indictment. Detailed as to what the material was, and possible exposure of National Security secrets including but not limited to who it exposed, methods it exposed, individuals it exposed, US National defense capabilities exposed, satellite capability technology and defense scenario planning.

It’s a long list of alleged items and information kept insecurely subjecting US National defense to alleged significant risk and harm.

Who knows but if as alleged, it will make an interesting trial.
Who needs porn when you have 37 pages of jerking off.

Do you believe the U.S. Secret Service?
Who knows, but I'd like to believe they still take the protection of Trump serious. It might be a little different with federal prosecutors, but they made it pretty clear that state agencies weren't going to be handcuffing Trump while he was under their protection.

That is where President Trump made his "Big Mistake", as Most Americans would have also. He Trusted our "DOJ, "FBI", "CIA", "IRS" and actually the "Supreme Court" and they are like a "Den Of Snakes" Slithering and Sleeping" with each other. I am at the Point, of "Prove Me Wrong" and "Earn My Trust" I grew up putting the "FBI" up on this "Pedestal" and they were the End-All of Law Enforcement.

BUT!!, I guess their "History" of J. Edgar Hoover, the Corrupt Butt- Fucker What do you Expect. Selective Enforcement, Selective Prosecution, and Selective Destruction.

And, IMO I see No other person to "Go The Distance" than DJT.

I used to use the Phrase "Talk Is Cheap", I was wrong, as listening to "Cheap Talking" Politicians can be A very Expensive and Long Lasting Mistake.

He kept his Promises, Created World Respect, A Border safer than in years, Affordable Fuel, Pumping Our own Oil, and an Economy on Fire. A Future so Bright, even the Critics were hard-pressed to find the negatives.

ALL This while the "Donkey's" were Pulling in the Other direction and dragging him into Court every minute of every day. There is not another Man who could/would have held up under this, "Get Trump" at all cost Agenda.

All of this is good enough for me, and I do pray he can withstand this Sickening Hurting our Country Mission. There on and only one reason, President Trump is messing with All of these Corrupt Sucking Off Government POS, and the only way to stop him is to Destroy him.

Who knows, as it has been said before the Majority is either "Gullible, or Doesn't Give A Shit" UNTIL?

Thinking back to 2020, the Members of this Site were so Vocal, in, No Big Deal, Nothing Will Change, Put Your Head Down and Work Harder, Take Care of Your Own Business.

NOW as we have All seen, many of the ones that were too busy to "Give A Shit" are Freaking:rolleyes:= SHIT HAPPENS!!

Im Sorry but the rights Fuckin lazy and scared and like their positions too much to rock the boat. Maybe that ain’t you. But over all, as a party? Soft and weak seem a very fitting description. And there ain’t shit being done. Zero accountability for the left and their blatant lies and out of control behavior. Maybe when I see an inkling of what you’re referring to (or hoping for) I’ll agree.
Unfortunately I agree. The right doesn't want Trump in anymore than the left because Trump is calling them out on their corruption. I'd say the right is in on the Trump crucifixion.

what boggles my mind about all
This is you have a New York DA, self professed trump hater and ran on going after trump (what trump has to do with being a DA in New York is beyond me) who uses a grand jury to bring charges against trump. Now, most don’t quite understand what a grand jury is. I shall explain. A grand jury is made up of rando citizens of the community to review potential cases to be filed. They are not lawyers or law professionals. They are guided by the DA. also, the rules of court don’t necessarily apply in grand jury proceedings while reviewing cases. Meaning people can give conjecture and opinion and 3rd hand accounts etc. so, this kangaroo court that’s made up of all crazed leftist
Trump hating New Yorkers, lead by a trump hating DA go full hatchet job on him.

It’s frustrating enough the double standard and really lack of a true case but if you look at the big picture of how this is all going down, it’s actually infuriating and truly scary no one is doing anything about this OBVIOUS political hit job.

Like I said, the Left is winning because the right is weak and unwilling to fight back. Germany is woke, UK is woke, Canada is woke, etc etc. the war has commenced and we are 100% losing.

Tucker's video today did pretty good job at explaining what you are asking and I agree with him.

The right is not weak, they have skin in the game also. To the old timers especially, money and their grip on their seat is far more important then what the party stands for sadly. Term limits is the only way to address this issue and stop career politicians from doing long term damage as they have done so. A president is limited to two terms why isn't everyone else limited to terms?

With respect to the federal indictment it seems very simple. In the big picture, it alleges the former President 1) kept documents containing sensitive information that he was not authorized by law to keep; 2) when discovered, he refused to return them, and 3) then proceeded to actively hide them from the authorized owner and shared their contents with unauthorized parties.

It’s pretty hard to argue he didn’t have them, tried to hide them or show them to unauthorized people. The only real question is whether or not a former President is authorized to keep highly sensitive documents after leaving office and whether or not he can share them with anyone he wants as the former President is arguing.

This isn’t a political hit job, it’s simply a legal question of what national security items can a former president keep and share with anyone he wants. All the other Presidents in the recent past have said oops, please come get them if I have them. Only Trump has said he is authorized to take what he wants, keep them as a now private citizen, and share them with anyone in the world as he in his sole judgement sees fit.

Seems like a pretty important issue to resolve and especially important to all the soldiers, security officials and agents who are defending this country every day for if Trump is correct, they might want to reflect upon their career choice and how our government and some of its leaders values their methods, identities and work. 🤷

Lastly with respect to a politician like the NY AG running on a promise to go after someone, is that not exactly what Trump is doing and has repeatedly promised. Elect me and I will prosecute Joe Biden, HRC and the rest. Wasn’t his campaign basically “lock her up”? What is so different between Trump and Bragg in what they are running on?

"this isn't a political hit job"?........I'm just shaking my head at that statement.

He was negotiating with the archives to return them when the FBI raided his property. Again, if you don't see the inconsistency in enforcement and "good for thee but not for me" abuse of power. I just don't really even know what to say. It's so blatantly obvious, a child could see it.

damn, that's some canned answer bullshit right there. hate to go tit for tat but...When's the govt gonna look into Biden doing it as a vice president? There's literally no law or excuse for that. And where's Hilary's emails again? Left is so corrupt she brags about it.

I don't give a shit what someone runs on. A NY AG has ZERO need to go after a president for claims that happened outside of his jurisdiction and has nothing to do with his mission (which is to prosecute crimes that occurred in New York). Can it be done sure. Should it be done? Absolutely not. It's completely out of line and unprecedented. This whole chirade is used via loop holes. Poo butt state AG using a grand jury of liberal shmo's in a liberal state because the butt hurt is super strong with them. That's all there is to it. The DOJ started this investigation and it really looked like it wasn't going anywhere until this dumb ass comes in. Its such a fuckin sham.

Holy shit man. I kind'a feel bad for you. But understand now why you get beat up on in here so often.

Not a political hit job??? LOL....OK. I'm actually laughing. I mean man, call a spade a spade when you see it. You can shovel all that shit you're shoveling above but at least fuckin own it like, "yeah, they're twisting the law and bending it to get what they want done...Trump out of the way." I'd at least respect that. LOL, you're funny man.

“Oh ya, I forgot to mention we spied on. Quarter Million Americans…”

Which really meanys 27,800,000 Americans. If they “forget” spying, they also “forget” a couple of zeros.

He has the authority to do so.

Again, he's allowed to do so, as every president in the past has done.
Fair enough, sounds like you and I see the facts differently, or even ”alternative facts” for that matter.

If you put all the emotion aside, your two quotes above is exactly what this case boils down to. Is a former President allowed to take classified documents relating to America’s security apparatus, methods and sources, and share them with whomever he chooses for whatever reason he wants to, as the former President has done. If one is convinced he does and there is no argument about it whatsoever, this certainly looks like a hit job. But if one does not see that as the law, such as myself and the government in this case, one can see the indictment as rational and expected.

I do find the human nature interesting in that you do not distinguish classified documents being found and promptly returned (Pence, Biden and others) versus classified documents being intentionally taken, then hidden, moved around to avoid discovery and other acts. If a former President really does have the authority to do as he pleases with high value US intelligence and believes so, why move it around and even have an attorney swear under oath that there are no more documents when Trump had knowledge that there were, an act that met the high bar of the crime-fraud exception to attorney client privilege. That doesn’t sound like negotiating, it sounds like trying to cover up possession. And why do that if one is allowed and has the authority to possess? I don’t get the behavior as being consistent with the belief that one has the authority?

As outlined above I think the circumstances are different between the actions of the former President versus Pence, Biden, HRC and others and it would appear so does the government. But if one sees the circumstances and behavior as identical as you do, then clearly it looks like a hit job to one with those views.

It will be interesting how it plays out but I wouldn’t bet against the government.

What actions are different? You must mean that he is cleaning up the bullshit of the deep state unelected bureaucrats. We know that puts your panties in a bunch, since you profit off the govt. hence the reason you don’t bet against the hand that feeds you. That’s why Trump hates kleptocrats like you. We also hate kleptocrats, actually all conservatives hate kleptocrats like you. But you know that already.

Your arguments are on par with a moron arguing that a rock can pilot a helicopter. Oops, I switched rock and moron…

You are wasting your time on this dude. His emotional case of TDS blinds him to common sense.
Not to mention full of shit. Except for the Rodent dwellers gobbling within
When they/them come for him? Useful only as an example, only his Gerbils will stand in the way.

Nothings evidence until the court says it is.

I’d like to see a conservative back in the White House. But I understand you and others do not and would rather have the former President with record deficits, spending and taxes on the working middle class. That’s the beauty, we all get our voice and can spend our money supporting whichever candidate we desire. Not sure how you can argue with that?

Well, as I said back in late 2016, Trump would not build a wall, would not balance the budget, would not pay off the national debt and would lose election after election for R’s under his leadership. And as 2018, 2020 and 2022 has shown us, seems my odd prediction has kind of come true.

Now that is the best point in this thread. This case will revolve around what is allowed in as opposed to what are the actual facts.

So actual facts don’t count? Like the fact that legal precedent has pointed out that the president decides?

But based on your logic you will be ok when the democrats disallow facts to entered into the case.

Got it. You don’t care about facts, you just care about Trump being put away.

TDS at its finest.

“Oh ya, I forgot to mention we spied on. Quarter Million Americans…”

Which really meanys 27,800,000 Americans. If they “forget” spying, they also “forget” a couple of zeros.

@530RL can I get a “that’s the way true conservatives operate” from you?

🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🚗🚗🚗🍩
The deputy director is a POS. He comes across as arrogant and above the law in his testimony to the senate. The FBI is beyond repair.

Actually I think the point of this thread is showing how yet again government has taken another step further to show us how weaponized they really are.
I totally understand the point that authority is weaponized. It always has been and always will be.

And I totally understand why people support the former president.

But at the same time I understand human nature. And when one intentionally tells authority to go fuck themselves and intentionally goes out of their way to create conflict with authority one should not be surprised that authority fights back.

Not sure why that rational observation is seen as irrational in here?

It’s the god dam USA. We have freedom of speech. As well we have the 4th amendment that prohits EXACTLY what you are OK with. Facts and laws are the rational part, your desire to have Trump gone at all costs is irrational. Unless of course, it’s in your best interests to have trump out of the picture then it’s rational. Disgusting, but rational.

Thus the problem we are talking about. Bidens, Clintons and many others tell authority to fuck themselves not with their words but with actions but the guy mouthing off is the one in court defending himself. You don't see the problem here?
