Working it out so that someone will drive Noah’s motorhome pulling my trailer out there.

Fishing fool tentatively said he would do it, but he might not be able to arrive until Friday night at 8:30’ish pm if he has to work.

Or I will bring enough to make machaca breakfast burritos for everyone on Saturday or Sunday morning. Plus burgers and dogs for the grill one night, snacks, etc. We are bringing our kids so we will be loaded with a lot of supplies.

Ok I talked to wayside to make sure they have fuel (87 octane only) for us.for you turbo guys make sure to bring octane booster.

Looking at the extended forecast it’s going to be highs in the 60’s and lows in the 40’s.

I’m leaning towards taking up @RiverDiva and having her buy the bulk of the food and some of us bring snacks and the likes (beer and chips basically) and we pay her some money.

I’ve called wayside and they want to know how many people for breakfast and on which day? So let me know there

@RiverDave i will be in town Thursday night the 13th and I will drop some stuff off for you to put into your toyhauler if that’s ok too?

Clearmax is in and they are tent camping from what I understand. My family is staying in my trailer and I'm not sure if Mike and Shawna are staying in the trailer or if they are staying in the Cabin. As of right now I don't have anyone staying in the Cabin to my knowledge.

I will talk to Stacy tonight when she gets home about the Food. We need to get a little clearer list on how many people are coming.

ClearMax would be Robert / Heather and I'm assuming their son Brock?
For some reason I think there's more people that aren't on that list as well?

Sounds like we have our final headcount at 20 people.. I'm cleaning out the trailer this week and getting it ready for the run. Also ordered new axles for the Ranger (long story..) and we should be pretty much ready to go in the next 4 days or so. Some people have already started dropping off chairs at the house etc.. If you do that please mark the chairs somehow so we know who's are who's.

Last time we got a little bit of a late start. How does 9:00 am at short stop (95 and McCulloch) sound?

I usually run checkers 1 for radio I am assuming everyone has that too.

The rear shock stem and reservoir tube was broke off on the Turkey run two weeks ago and its waiting for the repair, I hope to have it back by the end of this week.
