You would think it might even bring more? Depends on who shows up at the auction today..

If a large resort company shows up.. the land itself is almost priceless because they own it forever..

You can’t buy an acre of land on the island for 100k.. a posted size lot is 2-300k right now.

This land for auction is WATERFRONT.. so all the waterfront has to be at least 2 million an acre for however many acres touch the water. Compare to riviera lots for 400 that are 1/3 acre and not waterfront? Or foothill lots like mine that are just shy of an acre that are 550’ish?

To actually own water front in havasu? What’s the price on that?
