Fam just arrived and we hit water yesterday afternoon, Chair for dinner then ice cream. Did a stack stone project on front of house Monday.

We’re in Deer Creek UT through fri. Been on our annual family rv trip the last 2 weeks hitting Idah, Wyoming, Montana and Utah. Good times as always!

Staying home this week. Powell next week with the family. Washed the Hallett early this morning and moved things around to make room for the new to me boat.

Love that place. 80 at 8000 ft is pretty warm, but the nights are perfect.

I was just telling some co-workers about the beer and onion brats.
Their Santa Maria tri tip is the best.

Yes it is. Santa Maria tri-tips are great. All of the different sausages, brats, etc are made in house and are awesome.

At pleasant today riding the skis. Daughter wanted to eat said f it we’ll figure out how to tie to dock and climb it.

Changed our destination to HB tomorrow to bike ride and LH next Thursday to Sun. Boating. At least I can park a mile away at HB since we got bikes and leave early for home to miss the Fireworks crowd down there. Havasu should be less of a zoo next week.

Like RiverCruiser said, the Santa Maria tri tip and the brats and sausages are great. They have 3 or 4 different cuts of carne asada and all are delicious, so is the pollo asada. They have other flavors of tri tip and marinated chicken. They accidentally made a teriyaki apricot ginger marinade chicken and it is now their best seller.
They also sell frozen bison and venison.

Their twice baked potatoes they sell saturday mornings are delicious as well. Never once had a bad thing from Hottingers.

Everyone beat me to it! Yes they are pretty good. For prime cuts, I have to tell them. As most of their beef in the display cases are choice.

How busy was it ? have been a customer since BP CHP USED TO BUY all the fixins for the yearly BBQS !!!

It was out the door when I got there at 1045 on Wednesday. I was the fifth person from the door. They allow one in every time someone checks out. I was relieved when I went inside that they only have 5 or 6 people inside. It’s small as you know so you didn’t feel crowded or rushed to make your choices. When I left, there was at least 15 people outside and you could tell it was about to get crazy busy.
