Fire? How bad was it? I had a small injector fire second time out. I'm on my "6th lake test" and still dealing with gremilns.... It gets better each time but theres always something :headscratch:

Wasn't that big of deal, could have been real bad though. When my friend was driving the boat went in a few big holes from the wakeboard boats and the fuel sloshed outta the vent line and ignited from the exhaust. He was quik on his feet and put it out before the whole thing went boom! So all is ok other than the vent hose.

Great looking project. What is the theory behind running a cam driven fuel pump and a regular mechanical (yes, also driven by the cam)? same theory as me running electric and mechanical. Just a question

The block mounted fuel pump feeds the center tank behind the motor and the cam driven pump feeds the hungry mfi injector, But lets not get into to much detail as this is top secret chit:skull

Only one that I recall was the cav plate geometry needed some attention so that the stops at the handle created the stop, not the turnbuckles.
