Other than it's someone pipe dream, and looks like a variant of an off the shelf pickup
I was expecting something completely different.

Its amazing how many people fall for these AI "promo" videos. Its the same things as the CAT truck that was circulating around a couple months ago. Nothing more than click bait that gets the person sitting in their parent's basement some money from the views and algorithm.

There is not a single credible source backing this at all.

Just like a US General tool box w/ Snap On stickers - the stickers don’t make it a Snap on

Nice! Glad to see someone else has one. Here’s mine - built 900hp streetcar
She’s a beauty! Please keep her locked up tight, I get sick of seeing all the stolen and stripped ones.

Guilty! I fell for it like a dumbass. They're all just AI generated bullshit. Cool concept tho, even though they will never be produced

Dude, that is sweet, I know a couple guys with built ones. They are runners.. This is my wife's daily, much more tame. ;)

What kind of times are you running? Full body, full interior? 4000LB car.

Serious question here, as I thought the Avalanche was long discontinued. But I saw something today that had the newest generation of front end and the sidepanel area blending cab and bed like the Avalanche and El Camino. Did they resurrect the line? My buddy had one that was getting 25mpg on high speed river trips and rode really nice.

I think I found it.
The F*ckin automotive industry is selling us Anti-EV car guys out. Every new cool design I see is an upscaled RC car for shit's sake. Same with the car lots, filled with EV inventory and only one or two ICE examples. Now, what I don't know is this ---- are there only a small sampling of the gas-burners available because folks are buying out their inventory, or because they're only ordering and stocking EV's ???
So yes, it seems as if nobody is designing any new cool ICE cars, all the design and R&D has gone EV 🤬 😖

Did GM ever solve the piston wrist pins coming loose and running wild in the 6.2?
Faulty snap rings?

This is blasphemy - an El Camino is car based this is just a tweaked Silverado. The closest they’d be able to do now would make an El Camaro. But Chevy doesn’t have any rear wheel drive car platforms in their lineup anymore, they’d have to use the Cadillac CT5 as their platform.

I only ran it twice as it was built for the streets. Yes untouched stock car. Only heads, cam, blower, fuel system etc. Ran 10.3 at 133 on 20" rubber band wheels and 9.90s at 141 on a radial but Im no drag racer. Mostly 60 - 160 roll racing in Mexico. Super fun car, Im waiting for @jetboatperformance to start that burnout thread he was going to lol

I believe so? Ive added HP to a dozen LS based engines. anywhere from 500-1000hp. Fuel type, tune, maintenance matters. Alot of them are still alive

9.90's is not bad for a full interior drivable street car.

Mine is nowhere near that being stock. But even that, they are a great freeway flyer.
