We are not a church family but we go to youth day because it's the day that the church talks about and shows pictures and videos of the week the kids spent at Hume Lake Christian Camp and both of our kids go.

It's also the day that kids who decide they want to follow God and his ways can get baptized, so we get to watch kids get baptized, my kids were baptized on youth day last year.

Anyways the youth pastor gives the sermon in youth day and he brought up the mockery of the the last supper and bashed it pretty good as well as the Olympic committee over it, everyone in the church clapped. One of the HS girls that sings at the church is a They/Them but likes guys is appalled and pissed with what they did, I'm just wondering if she is mad enough that she walks away from that movement.

Our son did Hume Lake Camp with his HawaiI youth group one year before a Mexico mission trip in Ensenada. The stories that he come home with were great. Money and time well spent.

They were not buying it! I told them the media took a positive phrase and they continue to spin it and make it a 4 letter word of Hate. How can the words Make America Great Again, mean Hate or destroy our democracy? How did you get that from those 4 words? I was told Trump was a racist that’s how? Lol!! I said they did the same thing to you about Covid. If enough people tell you the shot will save you, you start to believe it. If enough people tell you that wearing a mask even by yourself in a room will save you, you believe it. It’s called brainwashing. And it’s been proven as neither of those things were proven to save your life, or keep you from getting sick. A matter of fact more people who were brainwashed to believe this have more mental illness now then those who did not get brainwashed.

As I was saying this calmly, I could see they were agitated and wanted to blow up, but I think were afraid to with other people around. Ultimately they did not believe a single thing I said and I was just another MAGA racist. I just hope one day they will remember and look back and think, man I was a lost sole.

What Bobby hasn’t shared is that in the 2020 summer Olympics Russia had 335 athletes entered…320 more than 2024. I’d say that’s significant.
