yes, and I still say that.... and no not happy to have a pool,... I have one at home.....but ,.. a hot dinner, a piece of ass, laundry done, house clean trumped the deal,...

so when I sell it some one will be happy....

all in, everything was just at 50k.. I did the landscape . retain wall and cabana... mohave co' pools did the pool and deck...everything was on time... returned calls. and kept the place clean as they went.... super happy with their work..//

thanks, all I have left is the landscape lighting,... suposed to get done on the 9th,... right now I have a few solar lights,... but it will be hard wired with photo cell when done...
