Banker in havasu.... I was there today...they're just about done hanging the drywall.

it's in planning stage right now,...have get truss calcs and then submit for permit....I'm gonna drag my feet as I think lumber will come way down,,,,,,

the stucco is done, ready for roof tiles and garage doors

Garage doors finally came in and installed....Some one decided that grey rock would look good on a beige home with chocolate brown garage doors,.... looks like socks on a Rooster to me, so It's coming off....Should get finale grade this week, and get the drive ways in stalled.... so pretty close to done..oh ya, still no granite,... maybe that'll get done also this week...

Who did the drywall? I am at that stage and have hit a roadblock. Been waiting over a month for three different companies just to return bids. Getting a little frustrated and want to get someone scheduled to minimize down time.

I think Alamo drywall....but the problem I see in havasu is most are burried with contractor work and won't even bid new work...

I've been working with ****** ******* for about 10 yrs or so,... owner builder can't sell for 2 yrs....LOL

house is done... got the CO monday before lsat, doing furniture,... what a bitch... no body has anything, and want you to order to get it in a couple months...I ran 50 amp and 30 amp power over by the tree for an rv pad, theres a sewer clean out to dump and water close by....
