2017 ford f350 power outlet wont work with igniton off

Is there a way to have my power outlet work when ignition is off? I can't stand not charging phone when truck is off

Costco mycharge power hub. Plug into outlet, then plug into phone. Honestly you could likely charge it once or twice a week and charge phone‘s everyday.
I use it for glamis to charge phones, tablets, headsets for sandrail etc. I charge it maybe every other trip. About same size as phone, but store a lot of power.

You can run a direct positive straight from the battery, or the hot side of a fuse to it. Just put an inline fuse on it.
Your lighter will have 12 volts where the key is on or off.

Modify outlet power settings (power point timeout)

Save, and test.
