Well let's hope your deal DOES NOT fall through.Well, if the deal on my house falls through, then I might be reengaging in this.

I might be up for that Scott.
I'll be going. First time in the big blue for me. I guess plenty of Salt Away is the ticket huh. Any good cleaning tips for a first timer to the ocean
I'm in. We will be there Saturday morning.
Awesome! Looking forward to seeing you out there!
If you haven't already, please sign up on via this link so we can give you updates and also give the harbor patrol a heads up to help them accommodate space.

There's a lot of things you can do for cleaning. One step most don't do but is a huge help is the day before or day of put a light coat of WD40 on things like outdrive and transom components and even some engine bay parts. That will help create a barrier from the salt. Only thing with that is it will create a little more time to clean the residue off. Next huge thing we ALWAYS do and recommend is as soon as you pull your trailer out from launching is pull it over to the fresh water hose and rinse the trailer off and flood the drain ports on the bottom, starting from the nose of the trailer. Then of course at the end of the day at bare minimum if you don't have time to do a full wash, heavily rinse off your boat with fresh water. Then asap give it a full heavy soap was, rinse off, and then do it all over again as many times as you'd like but we usually do it twice then move forth with the more in depth cleaning/detailing.
If you have to dunk the rear of your truck in to launch or retrieve, don't forget to rinse the brakes on your on your truck as well. My mechanic wasn't very happy with me when he did my brakes the last time:grumble:Next huge thing we ALWAYS do and recommend is as soon as you pull your trailer out from launching is pull it over to the fresh water hose and rinse the trailer off and flood the drain ports on the bottom, starting from the nose of the trailer.

Hey Chill.....
Who was the guy in the red jumpsuit-? He was hilarious and fun.
It can't be just me that finds a black guy all dressed in white - with a white boat, named "casper" is pretty funny and cool at the same time.
These peeps seems like a lot of fun, and id like to hang out with them again.

What kind of boat is that?
