Seems your selective memory forgot this ass whipping USC got in Seattle the following year, with the golden boy Robo QB. The same guy that ESPN had several articles on back in the day before the internet or sports talk radio. Not expecting anyone to watch the entire vid, unless of course your not an SC fan. It was a beatdown that propelled the UW to a national championship.

In the news today. USCs 2nd string QB Max Browne the former high school all american from Washington has been told by Coach Helton that he can transfer to any FBS school next year without any penalties. Helton said he can even stay in the Pac 12.

One thing to consider about the UW chances of moving up is who is on the NCAA playoff committee. Yea, that guy, the coach of the 2nd UW football team to not win a game in a season. Tyrone Willingham. Before T Willingham, the last time UW football played a season and didn't have a win was 1889. Before Tyrone "I don't know what the fuck I'm doing but I'm going to alienate every alumni while steering into the abyss while pushing the sticks forward" Willingham. Fucking douche bag POS.

Sadly, Mora will be around at least until the end of the 2018 season, I think, maybe even longer. His contract buyout is 80% of the remaining value of his existing contract if he is terminated without cause. At this time, the buyout after this season would be $14.76MM! The athletic director at UCLA is an idiot for the buyuouts he gave to Mora and Alford. :grumble:

I agree. Losing Rosen for the season hurts. You had alot of close games too. Could easily been like a 2 loss season. You did better against the tougher teams. And then there was the losses to UNLV and Az.

The top four is going to change. There are so many key matchups left, this season. Michigan vs. OSU, the Iron Bowl etc.....

I don't think UW will be top 4 this week either. Their strength of schedule is really going to hurt them and I think keep them out of the top 4...for now. If they win out it will be a different story.

I'll be watching this game from the comfort of home this Saturday. If you have ever tried to park at a UW game you would steer clear on game day, even riding the bus from 4 miles away takes hours. Only way to go to a Husky game is by boat. Husky stadium has docks a couple hundred yards east of the stadium for people that want to travel to the game on a boat.
