Dumb ass comments like this are why certain fan bases are disliked.

You can't tell me Washington is playing like a 9-1 team. We have no offense, no defense and it was 3-0 in qtr 1.
Now you're kicking it up a notch, but there's no way it should have been that close early on.
Btw, good luck against St.[emoji106]

Question is, will USC have enough left after winning their Super Bowl and knock off the fighting jimmy moras??

UW is about to lay 50+ on Arizona state. Browning looks to be back to the norm.

That's the point I was trying to get across. He was not good early.[emoji106]

Beating Washington was hardly SCs super bowl. Beating ucla and ND is always a priority. :)

Fight On!!!!

Got it. Beating inferior teams with large followings means more than beating statically better team. When was the last time a ND win actually meant something to the non ND fan? ND has sucked for decades. UCLA has had it moments but is no where close to a dominate team in the PAC 12. Like I said at the beginning of this thread, the PAC 12 isn't soft or down, just the teams your used to winning are down / soft.

Cmon man, why do they play 60 minutes? Your basing your opinion AND providing content of said opinion on 15 minutes of play? BWwwahhaa. Your team got crushed. Tell me this, if they played ten times who would win 9 out of 10? If your team gets it's ass kicked suck it up and acknowledge it man. You haven't and loose all credibility in this thread.

The NCAA football game of the year is UW Dawgs verse WSU Cougs. That is going to be a fantastic matchup. Game is in Pullman, 65% chance of rain, 32 - 40 degree temps, will probably snow during the game. If your a college football fan, be sure to force the family aside to watch this game. Air raid offense verse great D and an offense that is almost as efficient at scoring. Not to mention the winner will be playing for the PAC 12 conference championship.

Don't forget about Michigan Ohio St. This game has huge implications. This game hadn't been this important to both teams in a very long time.

Sure, if you are born and raised on the east cost. Last I checked, most of the posters in this thread are from, and or live on the west coast. My comments still stand, Southern California and Arizona fans that initiated this thread were whining and crying about the PAC 12 being down this year. Like I said at the beginning, it's not down, It's just that teams that haven't been strong in the last 10 years, are. And as I also mentioned, the last 10 years are not the entire history of the PAC conference, even if certain posters choose to either forget and or were / are not old enough to be around at the time of another teams dominance. Doesn't mean that it didn't happen and shame on them for being ignorant, says more about their perspective and or opinion than anything else in my mind.

Go Dawgs, clean house on the Cougs and then mop the floor with USC.

It has nothing to do with beating inferior teams. Its called a tradition. You may want to check the stats on ND. Sucked for decades. :rolleyes

I have been a SC fan since I was 7 almost 50 years ago when they were in the Pac 8 and know the history of the leauge. I see no reason to bring up certain teams years of dominance and Heisman trophy winners. It doesn't really matter to me. Glory Days must be your favorite song. :skull

Just checked for you IROC. ND has 2 10 win and 1 12 win seasons in the last 10 years and played for the National Championship in 2012. So do you still say ND has sucked for decades.

I've met Ron Yary a few times .... Bill Bain who played for USC was my neighbor a few years ago and became pretty good friends ... he had countless USC football alum always stopping by, that group really stuck together.

The Dawgs will get put down by the Trojans in a rematch. They are one of the best teams in college football right now.

I'd like to see how SC would have done against baMa with Darnold under center. Same with Stanford. I believe the they would be a 1 maybe 2 loss team had he started in week 1...

I agree. I think if this SC team were playing from the first week I think they'd be a 1 loss team and would be in the top 4. I think they'd take care of the PAC-12 teams handedly but they probably would have still came up short against Bama.

USC is playing well right now, but the season isn't made of the last 4 games. USC has zero shot at a national championship, UW does. Care to debate the facts? Are you really comparing Stanford to Alabama? USC would get crushed versus Alabama. If the UW plays USC it will be a different outcome.... Jake Locker was either hurt or totally psyched out by USC, wont happen in a rematch.

Fixed the 2012 season for you. Just read about trainer issue. Doesn't take away from the great 12 win season they had. Same as the wins vacated by SC.

A few posts ago you said ND sucked for decades. Now you post 7 winning seasons with 8 wins or more. Make up your mind. :skull

And how are you so certain it would not happen again? Even though it was Jake Browning I bet you thought he would not be rattled the first time around.

Not sure why you quoted me instead of IROC but I don't understand how he was rattled at all either. He was playing at home. Maybe he should talk to Jake Locker. :)

USC beats U Dub in a rematch. Mark my words. There is an outside shot they could make the playoffs. The voters are to take into account how the team is playing now not the beginning of this season.

Since Jake Locker is making a comeback.......he better get UW to beat up on Wazoo or they won't even make it to the championship and be in the conversation. :D

For SC to have a longshot........Bama, Mich, Clemson would have to win their conferences.......Colorado loss........and SC wins the Pac12........if this happened, most would be knocked out.....and the remaining above SC right now would not have a conference championship under their belt....and SC would jump them.

So all BS aside, who's watching the Apple Cup tomorrow at 12:30PM PST? This game has a ton of influence on the PAC 12 conference championship game as well as the national playoff games. Huskies are 6 point favorite. This will be the 109th matchup between the two teams, UW holds a commanding 70Wins, 32 loses and 6 tie lead in matchups. Weather report is light rain and 41 - 46F, 6" of snow for travelers heading east to the game over the pass.

I think it will be a close game that UW pulls out in the end. UW will be playing USC again, if USC can hold their end of the deal.

From what I understand, USC has to beat a piss poor Notre Dame team that has 4 wins so far and has to hope a team they barely beat loses to have a shot. Really? Holding Notre Dame up as a quality win? Hoping some one else loses? Wins are verse Nevada, Syracuse, Miami (barely) and Army? Lol, who the hell considers Notre Dame a strong opponent? Also noticed Stanford gets to play Rice at the end of the year? Playing a 3 win team outside of conference at the end of the year? Wow.

Big fish in a little pond USC "should" play for the conference championship, but they don't have the pedigree, unless they meet up with UW again. Getting your ass handed to you buy the #1 team in the nations should be a compelling reason to not allow that game to take place again. All the heavy lifting was done by UW and WSU in conference, if USC were to play in that game they would need to pound UW / WSU. Even if everything falls USC's way their is zero chance the playoff committee can overlook the pounding Alabama put on USC and put USC back in the playoff picture. Aint going to happen.

Lol.....if all the heavy lifting was done by UW and Wazoo.....then why did they both get bitch slapped by SC and Colorado?:lmao
I'm pretty sure the committee can figure out that SC is an entirely different team with Darnold at the helm. They are playing as good as any of the top teams right now. And if it were to pan out like I mentioned above....it is possible they could squeeze into the 4 spot.

Lol, are you really trying to defend Notre Dame football and it's total arrogance as a huge school and or aligning with a conference? Notre Dame football has sucked for decades considering the position they have instituted for themselves because they have 100K kids on campus and contorted the NCAA college football universe. Yes, they have an independent TV contract and get to play any game they want, but they have NOT PERFORMED as a dominate NCAA football team for a couple of decades. Are you questioning this? If your going to play the part of the big swinging dick, maybe you should have the record to back it up. They haven't, even with cake walk schedules, including USC.

Looks like Wazoo needs to stop dropping the ball and slow down the UDUB offense a lil in the 2nd half.......or Jake Locker and the super dominating Pac12 leaders of UW are gonna take it. :lmao
