Dana hinges

If you have a photo of how / what was used to mount your hinges to the boat, I'd like to see it I have those hinges and want to see options of how they're mounted. I like how they are mounted to the hatch, for easier on/off. By the way, bitchin boat:thumbsup I will eventually do ours with the same simple pattern in orange. I was worried about losing the wood grain in our boat, but after seeing yours, that worry is gone.

525 We have her running at 84mph, high X with a 5 blade prop. Prop shaft is only about 1 1/2 to 2" below the keel. Here is a few more pics

Th 525's are very reliable and have great HP for what they are. I have about 160 hours on her and still strong as ever. The best part about this package is the drive is very reliable with this motor package.

Thanks Hallett... We are sure enjoying the ride in the rough water. We frequently boat at Lake Mead and it comes in handy to have a nice rough water boat when coming across the basin.

The shop is pretty cool it is a good friend of mine that owns it. He has a few really nice boats as well. I am having my motor redone as the guy I bought the boat from grossly lied about the boat and 5 min. in the first warm up i blew a rod through the pan... what a bummer. I will post some additional pics once it sees the light again. J

my new to me 69' 16'er not much compared to half of these boats, but i been told they didnt lay many up as a jet. im stoked on it.
i see a few people with the shiada logo in the seats, rigging. does anyone happen to have a cad or solidworks file for the logo by any chance? i wanna get some lazer cutting done

SanDeggo, you have to get the logo directly from Schiada.. It's trademarked etc.. I'm sure they'll help you out though.

Great looking boat it doesn't matter what you have as long as you like it ,
I love the old schiada's as well as the new. sure looks to be in great shape.
