Anyone get caught off guard this evening around 6:30
No...but the pontoon boat across from us did. Wonder what happened at the power plant.

That's no bueno. I hope this doesn't affect all the fish beds in the shallows along the river.
He's talking about the flow from Parker Dam. Usually, the lowest flow is about 4500 cfs. For some reason, the flow dropped down to 1600 cfs this evening. My guess is the power plant "tripped" and the flow went very low.
