He's talking about the flow from Parker Dam. Usually, the lowest flow is about 4500 cfs. For some reason, the flow dropped down to 1600 cfs this evening. My guess is the power plant "tripped" and the flow went very low.

The entire boat was high and dry along the brush.
My wife and I went over to check up on them and gave the one guy a lift back to his RV down river. Their kid was a little shook up. Good deed for the day. [emoji41]

Extremely high. The highest I have seen down on the lower river is about 12K cfs.
