Pfft. The beast county neighborhoods I listed are hardly bad. If we're talking El Cajon at Mollison/Madison, sure. But I didn't. And i have TWO friends who both became East County deputy Sheriffs after growing up there and still live there.

East County in SD is still my top spot. 25 mins to downtown 30 to the beaches No traffic 200 miles to martinez Good schools (granite hills/steel canyon/valhalla areas) Warm weather Clear skies when the beach is overcast Easy to get some land. I want to move back so bad.
