I would say 99% of them ask ethnicity, veteran status, and disability. I am of hispanic background (6th generation from San Diego) so I check that box. I am not a veteran, and I don't have a disability.....so who knows what the HR people are seeing.

Grew up on the southwest side of Vista. Homes on that street now sell for 700-800k+ and from what I hear the hood element is pretty much gone. All of them are in jail, dead, or moved on. But memories are what they are, no reason to ever go back.
