I have a 6" drop Rapid Hitch with the 2" and 2 5/16" ball on it and it is the best investment Ive ever made. Ive towed tons of trailers with it and probably gone over the 10,000 pound capacity. Its nice knowing that you have both size balls on hand and dont need to worry about drops especially...
my boat has 2 access holes in the back seat as well where there are two straps to secure the hatch down. I think the hole is probably big enough to get your arm in there and pull the pin if there was ever an issue. I also put my battery isolator switch under the rear switch so I when I wire the...
Yeah man if I end up going this route ill let you know whats up with them. Air shocks aren't really an option for me anymore. I just re-did the stereo in my ultra and built a couple of 6x9 boxes that hang off the bottom of the hatch and the new combined weight is way too much for the ones that...
I didnt even see those covers until you posted that picture up. I think Im gonna bite the bullet and order one up. You cant beat the price compared to the dana actuators.
I think the only difference in the non marine actuator is the electric motor may not sealed as far as us coast guard spark regulations go. Or maybe it is and the manufacture just didn't have it certified. I guess my biggest worry is that when the hatch is closed the fumes inside could possibly...
Hey I dont know if this is the best place to post this but ill give it a try. Im looking to install a hatch actuator onto my ultra and ran across a site that sells actuators. These are not us coast guard approved nor built for marine application but they are splash proof/ waterproof. Here is a...
Im looking to find a place that I can rent for the weekend before memorial day. The dates are may 20th-22nd. Let me know if you or anyone you know have something or know of like a website or something people have places listed. Thanks Guys, Mike Young
Picked up the boat friday from yuma and went straight out to the river house in Blythe from there to put it in the water. Boat ran flawless and I couldnt be happier. Here are some more photos
Its a 98 and was built in the El Cajon facility by John West. My uncle owned this boat from 98 until april of last year when he upgraded to a new stealth 22.
I was interested in that boat but it has been sold for a couple of months now. We have a Keith Black all aluminum 572 at the shop i work at right now that would have been perfect for that boat.
Thanks LowRiver for filling me in a little bit more on the models i was unaware that ultra had a model between the lx and the stealth. But i guess that explains the price difference. Ill post up some pictures of my new boat when I pick it up this weekend.
Oh and I didnt think that 16 grand for an older stealth 21 was that unreasonable. This one just sold a month ago on here for 16,000 or possibly less.

I put a deposit down on a 98 Ultra 21LX I should be picking it up this friday or saturday. It is a Marine power 454 and American Turbine jet. The boat actually belonged to my uncle who ordered it new in 98 and sold it last april when he upgraded to a new 22 stealth. Its pretty cool that I am...
