Well I will throw my 2 cents worth in on this one...
If this is just gonna be a dust collector they never shoot then get them all a .22 long gun, like a 10-22.
If you are hoping to stir interest in your kids in firearms, then here is what I would do.
Hunt around in your area and find a well...
The Helo guys in NorCal are a special breed, flying these mountains is a skillset unto itself. The free deal...It used to be that if you needed "rescue" CHP could do it, and since we the people buy the bird it is free...but if the on scene guys called for an air ambulance, you were gonna get it...
My mother lives with Mrs FBT and I, she is now 93 and her hearing and eyesight are not what they once were.
She is still in touch with several of her old friends, she volunteered for 25 years with Hospice of the Foothills at their thrift store, and i am thankful she is still engaged with that...
I do not believe the hit to the so called MSM, and their co-conspirators, can be overstated.
Since I was a boy, when the 3 networks all had their evening newscasts, and Americans paid attention That was all their was...then CNN arrived and the news cycle became 24 hrs. With the birth of msnbc...
The country won.
My Grandchildren may have a better future. But, we gotta get after it on day one.
I don't want to see a bunch of Exec. Orders. I want legislation, LAWS, that codify our beliefs.
I want the damn border wall done within a year.
I want the deportations of illegals to start sooner...
Thanks!
I got the door from Recpro.com. Great source for RV parts in general. I recall for my rig is was 12 x 36. You'll need some scrap lumber, or some 2x4s to rip to fir out the door area and give you something to screw the door frame into...it'll make sense when you cut the hole and start...
Glad to see so many of you guys found this useful...my order has already shipped, I suspect my 4 will be here first part of the week. 3 will be ratholed for Christmas gifts.
If you are like me the thought of unused, inaccessible potential storage space in your Hauler drives ya nuts.
There is a space above the sealed generator box in my Genesis, this appears to be common on the haulers.
The footprint is about the same as the genny box, and it is about 14 inches tall...
Home depot has the Milwaukee Fuel 18v inflator w/ 2 5AH batteries and charger regular $497 for $199 right now...I just grabbed a bunch of Christmas presents.. Limit is 5.
Couldn't pass this up...Best the jungle website can do is $239 but only one battery, so methinks this is a pretty good deal.
I've been a Dodger fan since I was a little kid, and man...that was a moment for history for sure. I had a feeling that Freeman was gonna at least drive a run in, but holy crap did he launch that ball! The fan that got it will probably be on the local news today down there in LA.
I hope the rest...
Wife and I got a chance to sneak away for a couple of days and noticed the L..R. is seal appears to be weeping. I am wondering if anyone has any fairly current info on the shock rebuilding stat of the art these days, and who is the go to guy? This is a 2019 Turbo S dynamix with the Fox Live...
I too was blown away by this event. I remember being a boy of 12 or so when Armstrong stepped off the LEM and onto the surface of the moon.
From that day forth I have been a follower of this kinda stuff, and aviation.
Seeing that 250 ft rocket return and slip into the launch structure was...
I grew up in a middle class area in north Long Beach, there was an elementary school one block over, and a huge federal housing project two blocks from that.
The kids in my neighborhood used that elementary school for our hangout on weekends and summer, riding our bikes, etc.
Playing army was...
I could not agree more, and this is part of the justification for why, when we started into the grandparent role, I hunted around and bought several different complete sets of encyclopedias...one is a Britannica from 1968...(Apollo 11) and a couple from the late 1950's...and a complete world...
I remember starting a rant when Hot Rod back away from monthly.
I have 40 years of HRM, about the same of Car Craft. I just moved them yesterday. I loved the tech and the magazine format, but I can see the whole deal they are facing.
I don' know the answer, I hope some smart guy finds one, but...
Yes.
The problem with this drainage is the fuel load and the terrain. I think they are doing well this am, Calfire said 15% early this am, I haven't been online since.
A couple years ago we had a fire down river, and it damn near got away. There is a subdivision down there that, when i was a...
There is a fire burring in an area that I am all too familiar with, and it has the potential to be damned dangerous.
It started yesterday afternoon in the Bear River Canyon, at the forebay below Dutch Flat, a small community off of I-80 east of Auburn.
An area called "Steep Hollow Ravine".
It...
Just my experience, and I am not an expert at anything...
I have 200amp hrs of Lithum, a 2000watt inverter/converter, and had 200 watts of solar.
The solar was not enough to bring the battery bank to max on a sunny day in winter in Johnson valley. remember, you lose energy if in shade, when...
