Epoxy. It will last the longest and be the easiest to clean if it is done correctly. Depending on the epoxy you can also put new topcoats on it every 5-7 years and it will look brand new each time

I would do either plain sealed concrete or the rubber matting. The rubber will still get burns over time but it would be easily replaceable
