As always let me know what you think!

My feelings as well.Pretty Sweet! There's a lot to like and I'm really starting to dig the style after being a little unsure about the design from just the initial renderings.
300K with merc 300s.Whats this thing cost?
Although it's not my cup of tea (or budget) I really appreciate the innovation. great details. Any regular toon will now look ancient.

I was wondering this too. No shade for passengers is a tough day in July and August.Very nice. Are there any options to offer more shade for the passengers vs what that t top will offer?
One of the main feature on the boat being the "partygate" fold down side door we couldn't make an option for the top to be held up on the outside of the boat. Also to answer question of more shade options, yes we have an easy roll out shade for front and rear like many center console boats. It takes about 5 min to set up or take down.I always thought this concept was cool but when I started seeing the tooling and the first one coming together I wasn't loving it. Fast forward to right now and after watching this video my opinion is completely changed. WOW I am no toon lover but they knocked it out of the park and I could definitely see our family having one. The seating and design is absolutely perfect. Can't wait to hear the performance numbers. The only change on the entire boat that I would be curious to see is the top. The top on this connecting at the helm is Nortech ish, it would be cool to see one that connected on the sides like MTI and Mystic do. I'm not knocking it and I am sure it would take alot of engineering to change it to the side style. If I am around the weekend of the boat show we will definitely go just to check this thing out. Congrats to Luxe Craft!
At this time the top doesn't lower. On the trailer it sits about 11' 10"Love the stairs in the center toon! I believe TCHB used to have a twin toon with something similar. Always jealous after climbing a ladder to get my fat ass out of the water.
Does the top lower down? It must be tall as hell on a trailer with that in the up position.
We have some final prop testing to do but close to 60 when all said and done for 300s.And, how fast does it go?
It has the two loungers in the front and the rear seats are extremally comfortable when your feat are up it is almost like a lounger. We do have a lounger option we are now making for the rear facing seats as well.Innovative and should do well for west coast Colorado river boating.
Only thing it needs, more lounge (reclining seats) facing the stern. They look very upright

Badass!
What are the red buttons on the floor on the transom?
I second the top supports out on the gunnels, could make them ladders and have a diving platform/ layout and look at me spot up on the roof.
absolutely no porpoise at all, the toons are 32'6" long, the outer toons are 25" diameter and the center toon is 28" diameter. The bigger center toon helps with turning acting like a v bottom.Me being a twin engine toon owner. First a Trifecta w/300's now a South Bay/400's. The seating in this toon I love. The walk off toon I love. My toon has a ton of bow lift so I'm not worried about people sitting up front. In the video it looks like this toon didn't have alot of lift. Does it porpoise? Every toon i owned did. Also what are the length of the toons. Great concept and can't wait to hear the performance numbers.
Congrats
The boat has no wood anywhere, 100% composite. the substructure is 2x2 1/4" square with a full runner welded to the tubes. On top of the substructure is 3/4" coosa with a full lined fiberglass floor (no tweed floor here), the body it self is bonded to the fiber glass and drilled and bolted to the 2x2. The center console has a 2x2 square frame bolted to the to the 2x2 substructure. The roof supports are solid billet aluminum bolted the the frame in the center console. The top has a full roll style cage which is bolted to the roof supports. To say the least it is very solid. I hope that all makes sense.Feedback on video Dave: Your best yet, you just keep getting better. Highly informative. Excellent timing as well due to Pomona show in 10 days.
The boat: Looks like a game changer to me. Pontoon market skyrocketed as boaters age... yes we are getting old and we are the demographic buying +$300K boats. Curts team did homework it appears. You haven't yet spoken to build and materials quality and where this unit falls not relative to pontoon builders necessarily but more to boat builders in general. Think in terms of Bayliner to Cobalt and inbetween.
It helps thank you. However my inquiry speaks most specifically to quality of materials and fit/ finish. Think of it this way: when you open the door and sit and close the door of a Mercedes its very different than a Chevy or even a Cadillac, right? I'll never forget my first boat show when I boarded a small Bayliner and then later I boarded a similar sized Cobalt. As a novice boater I could instantly see & feel the differences in fit, finish & materials. 100% fit finish is on point, the quality as Dave said is from the performance side of boating not the motorhome side.It helps thank you. There is a ton of opportunity going into the future, and I hope Curt and the crew at Luxe take advantage of it and it evolves into what you would see on your mystic or an MTI etc..
Right now this was a dream that became a reality and it’s off to an amazing start. The concept has been proven and I really look forward to watching them grow into the future. It is definitely different than anything out there!
Some custom sized girard awnings might be the ticket. They absolutely killed it for being their first boat out of production. Looking back now the side gate would probably affect mounting for the roof so that makes sense. Can't wait to see what Luxe does from here but I am sure we will be seeing these on the water in Havasu soon enough.
Just a question, have you looked into the retractable awnings that are usually built into the tops? I know alot of the Center console boats have them. We have a system on ours that sets up really quick with a few poles which I'm sure is similar to what you guys are offering now. The retractable ones are just that much easier but I'm sure designing it and putting it into a top would take some work
Yes we thought about the retractable one and we can do one, just will take some engineering to do so.They absolutely killed it for being their first boat out of production. Also interested in real top end speeds. Fuel, few people and some ice chests. And, how fast does it go?
