in the early eighty's, fishing out of Kona Hi, I got a 1070# Blue Marlin, 82# Ono, 72# Mahi Mahi and a 285 # Tuna on a hand line. In Alaska in the mid eighty's I got 311# Halibut, 62# King salmon and a 19# steel head on a fly line. In Parker I got 2# perch a buzz and a hangover on my dock.:rolleyes
They suck ass, turn my water off about every three months, they say for lack of payment. I have to call and remind them that it has been on auto withdraw for 12 years. Needles to say I have bolt cutters and and a water key at the ready.

My comment was made on Mikes situation where he can afford to buy.
When rent is more or equal to a mortgage payment, Rent is a waste of coin you cant write off.
Its not a bubble its reality, as long as building keeps booming and rates stay low, housing will thrive.
Mike, buy the home you want now on contingency that your house sells during the escrow. The bubbles not gonna burst for a while, prices seem high now but wait and they'll be higher, renting is wasting $$ you cant write off.
