Thanks, we seem to go there less and less,... lot of house to sit and not be used... even starting to think maybe airb&b it.... but got no idea how that works or if it's even worth doing.... sounds like a head ache to me... the little house is rented and pays all the bills taxes and utilities...

not a bad drive from havasu or bull head,.... be worth the drive to see what it's like as aerial pic don't do it justice you can't see the place from the 40 there's a valley and a couple hills.. at one time I was gonna take my tractor up there and cut in a dirt bike/quad track.... but never...
it's water haul or well... my idea was when friends and family come in their rv they would bring water.... I think theres a water truck that stops and fills the 2 tanks as a service......
go up the canyon and shoot all you want... theres a big hill that block the view of the 40 you have to go up ontop of the hill to see the 40..the big feature here is you drive in to the property on a less than 1 mile maintained road.... year round access...
