I have a 2005 1-ton SRW Silverado 4x4 Diesel. It has around 80k miles so it's not a daily driver. In my opinion. It's the E-Rated 10 ply tires that give the crappy ride. I have Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks and air bags and it still drove rough unloaded. I use to carry a truck camper that...
The usual Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break (Mid-March-April) and most of summer have rediculous airfare. You can fly to Bali and the Maldives cheaper than Hawaii in the high season. If your schedule allows, monitor the airfare to plan your trip, especially when school is in session. :cool
We have north of 620 hours on our '02 496HO. This engine has been bulletproof (knock on wood). Besides routine fluid changes, we just put 87 octane fuel in it and it goes. :thumbsup
Yup, went to Bosco Tech. I have a place in Havasu, that's why he bought out there. Lalo is awesome. We even worked together in the Carpenter's Union. He stayed in the private sector of construction and I went public sector after several years. Gotta hand it to you guys who make a career at it...
Let me know if the sale falls thru. I live sort of local and can pick it up. As I am looking at my overgrown potato tree this morning, I am thinking, "Damn, I need a pole saw!" :rolleyes
A BS Degree from a reputable university. I graduated from Long Beach St. in '93 with a Construction Management Degree and went to USC for a graduate degree in CM. Cal Poly Pomona also has a bachelor's CM degree (Construction Engineering). Those are just local schools to where you live. I put...
I believe you need to go thru Enterprise Commercial Rental. My buddy rented a Dodge 2500 to tow his boat from LA to Havasu last weekend. Cost him about $600.
Figures. I've had a new replacement Costco RO System sitting in a box in my Havasu closet going on 3 years now that I need to install to replace my 12 year old system. I even pilfered 3 new filters out of the new box for my home system this past weekend.
I found out that since I turn off the water in Havasu, when I return, the reverse osmosis just trickles out water. If I pump about 5 psi of air or something like that back into the tank, it pressurizes again and water flow comes out normal. It's a PIA but the alternative is to keep the water on...
Sean (Bunkrepair) replaced two of my bunks this past Sunday morning. I picked him up from his house, he launched me at Cattail (around 6:45a) with my truck, he came back around an hour and a half later with two replaced bunks. Awesome job, service, and price. Definitely a stand up guy.
