Is the bendix kicking out, or does it kick out because it tries to start?
Sounds like it doesn't have enough fuel to keep running. I agree with above, add some fuel to the carbs to see if it will run longer.
Have you checked for good flow from the tank, thru the selector switch, thru the...
A few years ago when wake surfing was a new thing the Water Patrol here at LOTO would pull you over and explain the danger and warn you to stop. Now everyone is doing it, so they quit pulling people over.
Bought a 69 Boss 302 in 1975, my senior year. $1,500 was big bucks back then. Not fast by today’s standards, but kept up with most of my friends big blocks.
Good times
Friday is just as busy as the weekend at LOTO. When we wanted a three day weekend we always took Monday off.
Now working from home it’s a cycle of 3 weeks at the lake and then one in KC.
The SXR1500 is huge, more like a sit down ski with a different top on it, so loading or moving it isn't like it used to be. It might tow better than a smaller stand-up, a empty fuel tank might help keep the nose up.

While driving home from the lake some jerk cut my wife off and ran her off onto the gravel shoulder last weekend. She's fine, but could have been very bad.
It got me thinking about getting a dash cam, but I know nothing about them. Do they work well? Brands? What features do I need?
SJ - light, nimble, jump & play around.
08+ SJ same playfulness as older round nose SJ's, but it carves better.
SXR 800 It's heavier, so not the best at wave jumping, but the weight makes it better in rough water. It's also more stable for beginners to learn and ride. It's strength is in...
