I talked to tim personally on the phone the day I Dropped the boat off. He Wasnt out of town. He said he would put it inside his storage that day. He didn't. End of story I payed for inside storage and the boat was left outside. End of story. Would anything offered by dirty...
Your right. It was a complete false level of expectation on my part to think that he Would do what we agreed upon. Or maybe it was a failure on my part to not call every day to see if he had done what we agreed upon. Your right. It's my fault and I shouldnt blast him
If we're gunna play the "what if" game. I would've been pretty mad if he called and said there was a mix up with the inside storage and since it was outside instead of inside somebody stole your boat and to make it up to you I'd like to detail it when or if you get it back
I didn't talk to him directly. He was out of town when I went to the shop. I think I'll just find someone else to do it. Not too sure how friendly he's gunna be now that I blasted him on this thread
Again. If I hadn't personally seen the boat parked outside,I would've called him a few days b4 I was going to the river, He would've pulled my boat out of the "storage" and I would've been none the wiser. So yea I did get burned. The Boat if filthy now It sat in his dirt lot for two...
It was not there to be cleaned. It was there to be put into storage. I couldn't tow it home on the Monday morning so I figured instead of calling him to chew his ass I would just drive back out in Friday and pick it up
Yes it was covered and a reimbursement isn't the point. If I hadn't came back to personally see the boat parked outside I would've never known that he didn't do what we had agreed upon
So. It's a long story and I want to get it out there so no one gets burned liked I did
I talked to Tim at dirty deeds detailing oct 8 2017. We had a conversation over the phone about me dropping off my boat and him putting it inclosed storage for the month. I arrived at his shop...
