20 years ago I fell from 2 sections of scaffolding on to concrete. Landed on my feet but shattered my heal. Docs said I wouldn't work, snow board or dirt bike again. Id be on pain meds, disability and a handicap placard for the rest of my life. 3 surgeries in 1.5 years and I can still do it...

I had some serious anxiety coming off surgeries. Plus before. Worried about being able to take care of my family, my guys (at the time) and my business. I've used my body to make money my entire life. Not in the fun way. It wears on you when you see it changing.... at least it did for me...

Just replaced the cats in my wife's Acadia. There is no way in hell a turd is getting at the front 2 cats that bolt to the exhaust manifolds. The 3rd at the muffler is easy picking. I wonder if I'll get a hard time when I try to recycle them?

Both my brother in laws slung pizza starting at 15. One did it until almost 30 the other 27. Those guys throw a mean pie. Pizza shop they ran went under in a year after they left. My twins have celiac so I rarely get good pizza anymore.

These 2 do a good job keeping undesirables off the property.

I do go get cortisone injected about every 6 months. Both shoulders and my ankle. Helps for a couple months. They use an ultrasound to make sure they get it into the right spot. I'm told that it is the new way of doing it. Before the ultrasound guided injection it only worked half the time.

Tore both shoulders in 92. Bad high speed crash snow boarding. Cartwheeld about 6 or 8 times in powder. Worked out a bunch after that for a few years and they got a little better. At least my shoulders quit popping in and out of socket when I would be asleep and try to roll over. About 07 my...
