That would be Howard Pipkorn , he lives right here in the metro not far from me.
Not looking for tons of speed just a nice family usable boat , with the occasional go fast moment with a prop change , but of coarse you have to have a cool looking boat while your doing it..

their are several different ones out there , but I have not seen one being used , but then again I don't get out much either.
