Been going there for a long time (was there on Saturday). Decent drinks and food for being the only spot in the area. The bar has been for sale for a couple months. I don’t think anyone is going to jump on it with the press it’s getting. There has to be something else that went on because I...
Well this would be a third boat so not quite sure what I want to do with it.
Pics that I remember were the gel had a light blue/green (teal) color with white and the some yellow striping. Interior was mostly white. Had a ski pole I believe at the front of the engine hatch.
He specifically said bravo drive and that it was dual prop. I just figured III. I don’t know about the Blackhawk drive either.
Got wife in on the possibility of a class c rental and a week off work to see some sights. Been a big fan of schiada but more of a whacker Guy.
So I know of a 95 river tunnel with big block bravo 3 drive. Original open bow boat, has original interior and gelcoat. Less than 200 hours on boat. It’s 700 miles from me, no current pictures but the owner stated that’s it’s been covered in a carport and would require the tires/axles be done...
anyone done the conversion from rotary to rack? Without having the cables in hand its hard to tell. I can't seem to find anything online with dimensions of the rack.
thanks

Anything is possible as we all know. For each of the large quotes I have a custom made excel template spreadsheets to take the skilled knowledge out of the equation. We offer paid training, no reason for a tech not to know all products offered we send them to manufacture training and other...
I completely agree. I have ordered several different small displays for each tech to keep in the van. Most of the items in a display are $60-200 items (parts and labor). If a tech can upsell one of these products they would get the whole enchilada.
But something like a $5,000 CCTV system...
No dedicated salesmen, our techs are also the salesmen. This additional commission would only be for upselling in the field.
I am thinking both need to get a kick of the upsell pie. It would not be very motivating to talk about something you can't install if you are not at least getting some...
I know there are a lot of small business owners on this forum so I thought I would give this a shot.
We are a small security service company (locks, safes, alarms, cctv, etc). Our guys get an hourly rate (over $20 an hour), overtime possibilities and then a percentage of all goods and...
its a 6 out of 10, I got it with the boat and am choosing not to run it. Has some cracking but it's not horrible. I think it would make a good mold for a new windshield or just run. Don't mind the ridiculous plywood cutout, that was a rough cut before using the router template haha. $50...
I just wanted to follow up for anyone in the future looking for glass/gel work I would highly recommend Sal Sr & Jr over at OC boat repair. I cannot begin to express how great of a job they did on our spectra. They did an outstanding job of glassing in the aluminum tanks, the reinforcement...
I'll be giving both of them a call. I have always heard islander is top notch. Have not heard of OC boat repair, what have they done for you?
Thanks again
Jarrett
Have some minor gel work on the deck of the spectra that I would like to have taken care of. Also I am pulling out the fiberglass tanks and have a pair of aluminum tanks that I want glassed in. Any recommendations? I am in the South Bay LAX area and would like someone local if possible...
Just picked up a 19 spectra. I have seen the factory engine cover and realize its pretty hard to come by. Anyone have pictures on something that was custom built? The engine has a scoop that I wish to retain for now.
Thanks
