We all have at least one that we regret getting rid of. This was my third boat and I really miss it.

Wish I still had some pics of my first boat. It was a 1969 (I think) CeeBee Avenger 16 ft. like the one below, but mine was a cool brown metalflake. Had Merc 135 on it when I bought it, but I sold the motor and put a 1973 Evinrude 135 on it. Put a Doc Rail ski tow on it as we were avid skiers back then. Sold it to a friend a few years later, so I could buy a MasterCraft Stars and Stripes tourney boat.

Duane (cant remember his last name), the owner of NVS, was doing wake speakers as a side hustle while working a full-time EE gig in silicon valley. I met him when I bought my first set for the VLX and then when I bought a second set for my 2011 MB B-52. These turned out to be one the last Gen II's he made. He never really could get to scale doing it part time and Wet Sounds came on strong about the same time and he shut her down. Both Gen's were kick ass speakers though.

Duane and Todd both co owned NVS. Duane worked at a smaller semiconductor outfit here in Santa Clara, Todd and I used to both work at Intel as vendors-
contractors for different companies. I've done alot of work for both of them. swing away trailer tongues, car repairs, and tube bending. Todd is a go getter
and so was Duane. haven't seen either of them for some time now. Duane has a house in Disco.

--Good dudes.

Every one should add what they paid for it if they can remember. I love hearing how cheap these boats were back in the day, thinking what they would be worth if they had it now.
