bout says it all
It's all in the "Art of the Deal" textbook grasshopper.:thumbup:Trump says he is going to pay off all of the national debt in 8 years. :smackhead
This on top of a massive tax cut and a large increase in military spending and a wall that will cost north of 75 billion over 8 years and can be defeated by a ladder and rope, or an airplane ticket.

Trump has already turned into the consummate politician. Blaming a business for what the government caused...
Ford is leaving for the same reasons other businesses leave. Over burdensome taxation, regulation, Labor unions, etc. All government imposed anti free market anti capitalism regulations. Add to that the burden of entitlements, artificially low interest rates, money printing, inflation, minimum wages, etc. All destined to destroy wealth, increase poverty, and reduce liberty.
And the same reasons Trump transacts business offshore as well.
Hypocrite....
As usual it's all in how his message is interpreted in an article. It's a disgrace Ford is going to Mexico because of NAFTA. Ford and Trump himself go offshore because it's prudent business when working with the rules the government has in place.
That is what detractors do not take into account when slamming Trump's business decisions. He uses the rules and laws he's given like a good businessman must in order to survive and be successful.
In the excerpt he openly states NAFTA is the disgrace, not Ford. Trump's comments are taken out of context by the writer to make it sound like his comments are directed at Ford. Read just his quoted comment and it's clearly NAFTA he's calling a disgrace.
Did you see the headline? Trump clearly said Ford is a disgrace for moving the plant to Mexico.
Nafta isn't the cause, bad government taxation, regulation, and inflation is...
My main point is trump approached this from a traditional politician perspective. Bash the business for what is gov't fault. Nafta is a minor item in the larger picture.
As a porported "outsider" he should be bashing the gov't establishment. Instead he bashes Ford just as hard and his answer to this is slap them with tariffs. Ford would be getting double dong'd if the Don is successful implementing what he is proposing.
Hope this is not a Vin, and no disrespect to Regor. [emoji3]

I don't read articles in a vacuum.
Trump sounds like the whiner to me... How many people has he threatened to sue during this campaign? He's going to sue the RNC, Cruz, Rubio, Megyn Kelly, numerous news networks, Miss Pennsylvania, the USA Pageant, some hall for the mics not working or something. Maybe that's his art to the deal, but doesn't transfer well to politics.
This is a good one
Ungrateful little shit....
You guys are killing me. [emoji854]

I'm going to PM Shintoooo to see if he can re-up my thanks allotment for the day. I've used them all up in this thread. [emoji2]
That button is right next to the infraction button, which is right next to the ban button.
Are you sure you want to bother an accountant and moderator in the first two weeks of April?
All the Best.
