WTS 2002 Winnebago Adventurer 32'

Long story short, had to repo this motorhome & then lien sale it. Just paid the DMV Fees of $1200. all it needs is a Vin verification & smog.

Has 16, 500 original miles, 518 hours on the generator. It is in my storage yard in Devore. I will be out there on Sat 5-7, doing some maintenance on it. I have photos & build sheet. Let me know via PM & I can email them to you. they don't want to upload.

needs a few items repaired, slide out awing's, & cargo door that is missing. NADA book is $27,000 to $33,000. willing to negotiate on $. maybe a trade & cash?

Ok, Just thought I could put up more info:
Winnebago 32' 11", Adventurer, Model # WFG32V. it is the Workhorse Chassis, 8.1 Chevy engine, Allison transmission. 2 slide outs, 5,500 watt generator w/ 518 hrs, and just did 500hr service on the generator. Posted the build sheet for reference on the options list.
There 1 tv, and another spot for one in the front with connections. Second TV isn't mounted, but goes with the sale. Has a Wineguard / Direct TV antenna mounted on the roof, and also has Sirrus XM radio. Has rear view camera.
I owed it through a CA Lien Sale. Have the DMV paperwork, showing all fee's are paid. Clean Title. Long story, short version, it was my sister's, now it's mine. I don't need it, wife kind of wants to keep it, but storage is too far for us to store it. Storage is in Devore.
There is some minor damage on the right side in front of the rear wheel. it only has 15620 original miles. Installed new engine battery & 2 new RV deep cycle batteries. The lien sale for the motorhome has taken since June of 2021.
Had a Mobile RV mechanic (South Coast RV) come to the house & he went through the RV. No issues beside the cargo door & the slide out awnings that need to be replaced.

Paid $1200 in fee's to the DMV.
Passed Smog & had VIN verification done at DMV yesterday, 1 more trip to CA DMV on Tuesday to get title & plates. Corrected the mileage, Lien Agent wrote it wrong on the paperwork.
