That’s why I go to the butcher for bacon now. That and zero nitrates or preservatives. There is no comparison in taste.

I’m on the side that likes them better with less. When I was a kid I’d mix have frosted and half regular corn flakes now I’m straight Frosted Flakes.

I normally get Costco thick slice bacon but if I buy at grocer it's gotta be from the deli/meat dept.....plus most even offer it in seasoned varieties.
