Im a bit lost as this was the last message until today? I’ve been a tenant not 6 months but since September 20th, the property wasn’t in escrow now was there a buyer at the time I rented. As I said fucken lying drama queen that I haven’t herd from until I see today’s drama From this fucn clown!

LMFAO....I like how you left out that I told you that the place was up for sale nd you was to be out on dec 1ST, and come dec. 1st you sent 250 bucks and would not answer any calls, and when I did get ahold of you said...I'll have my stuff gone by jan 1st... so fuc off and hung up on me... then would not answer any calls or mess.

I hired a guy who I ended up terminating due to general tomfuckery and suspected drug use. but before I had figured that out, I had a pause in work and spotted him $50 to get through a few days the day I canned him he broke into my truck and stole $8K+ in tools, tools I use to feed my family, some of which I'd had 30 years and plenty of which I haven't replaced yet because I don't always realize a specialty tool is missing until I need it.

Anyways, the only way he knew which tuck was mine was from when i spotted him that $50

Itold him the place was going up for sell when he moved in,... told him nov 1st he had to get his stuff out.. he said he would be out dec 1st,.... then nothing and he sends 250 to my wifes phone...this was dec. 15th... I finally after 100 calls amessages talk to him.... it was like fuc you, my rents paid to the first of jan, I'll be out.... now it's , I'll be out on the 31st.... so we'll see...I setting waiting to call the tow company, they'll impound everything and he'll have to pay to get it back,.... the new owner tried to be nice and said if you need , you can stay till the end of feb, but you have to pay 325 before the first,... he called her a cunt and said he will just come there tues. and move the shit.... we'll see what happens...pretty sure the mess he has there won't be cleaned up....

I guarantee it won't be cleaned out. Sorry for your dealings...Times are getting tough for some and it's going to get worse. Unfortunately, that means it becomes worse for others as well. Due to the high rents and easy tenant laws, we most likely will see some major events escalating up into next year.

Sadly, have some family dealing with this same situation of getting strung along over and over. It is sad how disrespectful people can be to others by continuously skipping deadlines with no intention of getting things out. And ultimately the negative snowball effects this can have.

My friend rented his 5 acre land with a farm house and a pickers cabin to a guy in September. He was listing the 5 acre since last spring and told new renter they need to move when it's sold.
Guy moved in with his girlfriend, she started posting on FB about great country life on THEIR new place. ;)😂
I stored my car trailer on the property and the guy was told by myfriend I'll have access to my trailer 24hr.
One day, I was going to park the trailer on the huge asphalt parking space, woman coming at me yelling I can't park there,lol. I told my friend, these guys will be squatters in no time, they rented space to a friend of theirs to park his 5th wheel, already.
They stopped paying rent, for months. My friend used to be a bouncer and was a body builder champ and kind of a asshole in a good way,haha. I admire his constraint not to get physical with this looser. He had to go to the courthouse in Penticton to get the ball rolling with eviction and get a letter to send by registered mail. Fucktard never opened the letter, and thought he ignores it and it will go away. He was supposed to move out by Dec 1st. Jan 1st he was still there, not knowing my buddy already arranged the bailiff to seize his Duramax with Allison truck. My buddy was on the property prior, taking a picture of the VIN on the truck, guy comes out telling by buddy that he's trasspassing.🤣 My buddy tells him to move the fuck out of my property you looser. Fast forward, Bailiff shows up, hooking up the truck, guy comes out of the house trying to be a mr strong guy, bailiff just laughing at him.
Guy owes my friend over 7K unpaid rent, awaiting his rent money back after the truck has been sold at auction.
Guy and his girlfriend are back at his mom's basement they were kicked out prior this fiasco.
Some people are loosers for life, pretty sad!

What’s really shitty is it’s normally family doing this to family that tries to help. Making deals or hiring family is NEVER good.

Here is all I have to add to this thread. @2FORCEFULL is a good person. In 2007, we were on a family vacation when we lost a wheel bearing in Las Vegas at night. Angie called for help regarding where we might find a trailer parts store the next morning on either HotBoat or perhaps in the early days of RDP. Steve offered to open up his shop, provide a place to stay, and help in any way he could. Steve is also the first to give advice on many subjects when needed.

If this guy was a contributing member of our RDP community, he would not be grinding Steve's gears and be a little more thankful. $250 a month for storage is a gift. He should not only be more kind about the whole thing, but he should also make sure the place is perfect for the buyer out of respect.

Sorry people can be asshats, Steve. Please don't change. The world needs more people like you. Except I have to admit, I've been waiting for this thread to turn into a for-sale thread :)

In my eyes I see the typical person giving a hand and getting your arm ripped out.
I also see the guy meaning to move his junk out but putting it off until it's too late then just taking advantage of another person instead.
