WTF is Black Series RV?

They had a storage facility for these trailers in Industry that got overrun by vagrants. The city kicked out the vagrants and forced this guy to move his RVs out. Looks like he found a new home for them in Wildomar. Was this some sort of scam business gone wrong?

Not sure how he's making money though, the trailers look like they run $40K.

"Homekey"...state of Cali helped fund homeless to "homes". Anything from industrial buildings to manufactured homes. Also a "Rentkey" project that sounds like a looser version of section 8...both with taxpayers footing the bill.

Asked him if they’re for sale he said “no English” so I left. But I did see piles of kids toys and clothes along with a bunch of other junk. Seeing this news story now it makes sense.

I hadn't thought about Black Series Campers since just before the pandemic hit. Black Series was an exhibitor at my 2018 and 2019 Sand, Water, RV Expo in Havasu. It seemed like a strange/odd operation headquartered in El Monte at that time. but they paid in advance for their space. My contact/point person at Black Series was a lady who spoke only minimal English. The trailers were unique to say the least. Really testing my memory, but it seemed to me that Robert Hoffman (Caliber 1 Boats) was involved in the sales end of that business as well.

My train to DTLA passes by the lot in Industry. All I gotta say is...you guys ain't seen nothing yet - there's still a lot of RV's on the lot.

They had that clown on the news denying he was renting trailers to the homeless. Of course, one of the homeless surreptitiously recorded the transaction on his phone and when the news reported asked the owner if that was his voice....priceless. He was forced to admit it.

Those trailers look like junk to start with.

On that note I was driving in Gardena the other day and holy shit Compton blvd for about a 1/2 mile is a third world slum, it’s very concentrated right in this spot, total insanity, where is all the shit going?

Few years back there was a shit ton of these trailers at Manheim Auto Auctions. I tried to bid on a couple but the prices were going for north of $30,000. Odd part about these trailers is there was no damage that I could tell. Almost as if they were just selling them through Manheim instead of from a dealership lot. Tires still had nobbies on them and there was protective plastic film on everything.

Interesting turn selling out of Mannheim. Maybe thinking that they would have hyped up buyer that would not realize it was junk before the bought. State (your taxes) some FED money (again your taxes) and Joe (place Armenian last name here) rents out his rooms at WAY ABOVE MARKET VALUE
to homeless monkeys for weeks, months, years.... pick your poison.

At some point the homeless monkey dies, or moves on, etc. Oh no, the room is trashed....

Not so fast...

The same gov't entities that footed the ridiculous first bill is paying for all the renovations and upgrades. Eventually the crack den is completely paid for, (and then some) to either continue the scam or go semi legit back to hooker fest 2025, which ever comes first. All the while writing it all off as a major loss with their taxes, etc.

Not to mention the 2 or 3 rounds of PPP money they stole. (no offense to any PPP fuckers that stole from it on here)


But yea, I was assigned as a liaison for my dept's homeless stuff. I would vomit and want to commit <edit> every single meeting I attended. Tainted, yes, very.
Try sitting in a room with 30 young college woke libs all making close to 200,000 plus grand a year to do absolutely nothing tangible for anyone except themselves and the companies smart enough to rip off the gov't.


Do I feel for the homeless, eh, sorta, maybe 1% or less. The vets mostly. The rest of those monkeys choose to be this way, I learned that hard truth being exposed to it for almost 30 years in LA. (btw, children are in shelters or school and the only time you see them is when some catholic upptiy-up is handing out money or fancy getto shoes)



Of course this is just the cliff notes, it is silly dark & deep in Kali with the homeless B.S.

Right by Carson trailer. It's fucked up right there. @rivergames shop is close to there also if I recall.

I have heard some of those are rented out at $500 a month. Slumlord rv owners collecting on them and the state is paying the homeless that turn around and pay the rv owners.
