Crap! It looks like the ad either expired or he might have sold it - I'll try to find his contact info and see if it's still available - it was an 84' 22 Vaughn - off-white with red stripes - offset fixed bracket with an older Mercury outboard - I think he was asking $10 - clean boat and trailer - with fairly new interior

2.5 280 with a 15" mid. Hopefully I'll have it together next for the regatta. Part of the Interior is at Arko.

Still don't have the motor on. Ended up ditching the mercury style shifter. Putting an InControl side shifter in it. Then I had to move the the trim to the steering wheel. Bought a CRT kit from GT Performance and a steering wheel. Then I had to redo the side panels. So those are at Arko. Had to plumb in a fuel return line. Had to add a trim pump inside the boat. FML. It's never ending. Lol. Oh and my old cable didn't work with the new shifter. [emoji51]

Here's the CRT kit though. The boots for the ends are on back order. Of course. Lol.

Monday I should have the side panels back and I'll take a pic of the InControl shifter. Way better then the pos merc shifter.

I'm looking forward to watching this come together. This same hull with an older motor was reportedly running in the low 80's. I'm anxious to see how this one is set up and how it runs. If it's like your 24, should be pretty nice!

Back seat is all new foam and most of the white. I wanted to save the original colors and logo. So those are spliced back in.





I think I'm rigged and ready to test. I need the black vacuum hose to cover everything. But it will work for now.
